This newly built luxury holiday home is just a few steps (500 metres) from the dunes, the beach and the Westenschouwen forestry.
The bright, very tastefully furnished living room has a wonderful beach atmosphere and is equipped with a comfortable seating area and a dining area for 5 people. There is digital TV with many channels and streaming options on ChromeCast. From the living room you can reach the sunny garden with veranda. Here you can enjoy the long summer evenings undisturbed. Of course there is also a barbecue.
The open-plan kitchen is generously equipped, including an induction hob, a combination microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. For coffee lovers, there is a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee machine.
The modern bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom has a double bed, which can also be configured as two separate box-spring beds of 90 x 200 cm. The second bedroom has 3 single box-spring beds. There are sufficient wardrobes.
The whole house has central heating (underfloor heating on the ground floor). A washing machine and free WLAN are available. You can park on your own car park (1 car). A second car can be parked directly in front of the park, a 5-minute walk away.

This newly built luxury holiday home is just a few steps (500 metres) from the dunes, the beach and the Westenschouwen forestry. Perfect for a holiday by the sea. The house is quietly situated on the small private park Scalde Oort. The park is characterised by lots of greenery and large plots. In the immediate vicinity (300 m) you will find the cosy restaurants of Westenschouwen and a small supermarket with bicycle rental, which is open during the season.
You will find everything you need for a successful holiday in the surrounding area. You can buy your daily groceries and fresh bread rolls at the nearby supermarket and traditional bakeries. Westenschouwen also offers a wide selection of restaurants. Nature lovers will also get their money's worth here. The most beautiful cycling and walking routes through the dunes are just a stone's throw away. Boswachterij Westerschouwen also offers many opportunities for entertainment: hiking trails, a climbing forest for children and numerous mountain bike trails for sports enthusiasts. There is also plenty of choice for water sports enthusiasts. The nearby Grevelingenmeer is a true paradise for windsurfers, sailors, divers and SUP enthusiasts. Kitesurfers can visit one of the hotspots on the North Sea side of the Brouwersdam.
