Description
This attractive, detached holiday home for 6 people is ideally located on the edge of the small private park Scalde Oort, within walking distance of the beach, the sea, and the dunes (10 min.). Cozy restaurants and the Westerschouwen forestry (for a lovely walk or a bike ride through the beautiful forest and dune landscape) are also just a stone’s throw away. The spacious, bright living room is tastefully furnished and features a cozy sitting area where you can watch TV (digital, with many German channels) or read a book, while the fire in the central fireplace provides warmth and extra atmosphere. On the other side of the fireplace are the dining area and the open kitchen. From the dining area, you can access the spacious garden through the sliding door, which offers plenty of privacy. On the cozy, covered terrace, right next to the house, you can sit with six people at the oval dining table, which is equipped with very comfortable chairs. The grill and the lounge sofa complete the ultimate outdoor feeling that you will experience during your vacation.
The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances that will make your stay especially pleasant. Of course, a 4-burner stove, an oven, and a fridge-freezer combination are part of the standard equipment, but the dishwasher, the Nespresso machine, the kettle, and the toaster really make this kitchen complete!
On the ground floor is the main bedroom, which is accessible through the living room. There is ample closet space and the double bed (160x200) guarantees excellent sleeping comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin, a toilet, and a washing machine.
Through the staircase you reach the stairwell hallway with access to the two other bedrooms. Each bedroom has two box-spring beds (80x200) and sufficient wardrobes. The holiday home is centrally heated. There is free Wi-Fi. You can park on the property. In the garden house you can, for example, store your bicycles. "Scalde Oort 55" is the ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday on the Zeeland coast.

Westenschouwen forest, the largest forest in Zeeland, is also within 10 minutes. In this magnificent forest and dune landscape you can enjoy walking and cycling. Burgh-Haamstede offers many possibilities in terms of recreation, sports and relaxation. A perfect location to spend your holiday. Burgh-Haamstede is situated on Schouwen-Duiveland, the northernmost island of Zealand. This area offers the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands.

Beautifully furnished and clean holiday home in a great location. We found the equipment in the house and kitchen super - nothing was missing. In addition, a nice service - thank you very much for everything! We enjoyed our holiday very much and will gladly come again!
