Description
This quiet property is located only a few kilometers from the sea, just outside Lucca, surrounded by the unique landscape of Tuscany with its rolling hills, the green of olive trees and the tall cypress.
Pets are welcome, please absolutely indicate when booking.

The stone house has been extensively restored in summer 2016 and renovated without the ambience of bygone time to lose. So the old wooden beams and terracotta floors have been preserved and the rooms were thoroughly furnished with valuable, antique furniture in rustic style.
The two-storey villa offers 180 m² living space a lot of space for max. 8 people in 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom (can also be a double room are), 2 bathrooms (with shower) and a guest toilet. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
On the ground floor the spacious living room with its comfortable seating and a fireplace invites you to relax, here also is the television. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all modern comforts, in the dining area up to 10 people who sit at the big table.
Upstairs are the air-conditioned bedrooms (3 doubles, 1 2-bedroom) and two bathrooms.

The 10,000m² manicured, park-like garden offers a tasteful and homely atmosphere with lots of privacy. Large lawns, shady olive trees, various fruit trees and the pool area with its elegant sun loungers and parasols invite you to relax.
Please note that the swimming pool (5x10m; deep) is realized at the moment and the guests is available only from the 2017th
Steps from the kitchen away, you get to the large covered terrace, which is equipped with table and chairs and a barbecue to an outdoor meal to prepare and enjoy.
A little further there is another terrace, ideal with comfortable sofa and armchairs to relax.
On the site there are 6 private parking.
The property is ideal for weddings and other celebrations up to 20 (inside) and 100 people (outside).

Quick to reach the beaches of Versilia and the exclusive seaside resorts such as Forte di Marmi or Viareggio.
The central location makes it the ideal starting point for day trips to nearby cultural cities like Florence, Pisa, Pistoia and Livorno.
But the beautiful Mediterranean landscape is perfect for activities such as cycling, hiking, visiting a Spa and more.
The nearest grocery store and restaurant are 700 meters away, the bus stop just 100 meters.

Fantastic Italian Getway
Our extended family could not have asked for a better villa for our vacation. The location is perfect for visiting Lucca and the surrounding cities. As much as we wanted to tour Italy, we hated to leave the villa - relaxing here gave us some of our best memories.
