Description
Only a few kilometers from the famous Tuscan cultural cities of Florence, Pisa and Lucca, the country house is situated at the foot of the small village of Montecarlo (LU), known for its fine wines.
The house is part of a farm which produces, among other things own wine, oil and honey.
Pets are welcome on request.
The property is particularly child-friendly equipped and well suited for weddings and family celebrations for 20 (interior) or 50 (outside) people.

In the two-storey villa guests will find with 120 m² living space a lot of space for max. 6 adults and two children available. You will be accommodated in 3 spacious bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin), tastefully decorated in a classic style.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with tub, the other with a shower.
From the equipped with all modern comforts large farmhouse kitchen one hand enters the open living room with its comfortable seating, on the other hand, guests have direct here access to the shaded terrace to here to enjoy an outdoor meal at the big table.

The property is fenced and offers guests a 2000m² landscaped garden. This is likewise secured by a gate pool area is in a beautiful panoramic position. The swimming pool (4 x 10m; to 1 m deep) equipped with deckchairs, sun loungers and parasols where guests can relax and unwind and the beautiful night lighting creates a romantic atmosphere in the evenings.
Near the pool in the shade of enormous trees, guests can enjoy their meals they have cooked on the grill or in the pizza oven itself.
For the entertainment of the youngest a playground with slide, swings, a playhouse and more makes.
In addition, children can visit the animals of the neighboring farm. There are resident dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, pigs and a donkey.
Leisure facilities include a garage and an open parking space. The access road is paved and can be traveled by vehicles of all kinds.
The entrance to the property is secured by an electric gate that is activated with a remote control.

The villa is located in the heart of Tuscany, one of the most beautiful squares in Europe.
It is an ideal base for day trips to the nearby art cities like Lucca, Pistoia, Florence and Pisa.
The wide beaches of Versilia are virtually on the doorstep.
Highly recommended is a visit of Montecatini Terme or a hike in the Cinque Terre, which are easily reached by train.
The villa is 3 km from the nearest village with its usual services that you can Walk on foot. Next Pizzeria emits no more than 200 meters to the nearest supermarket 900 meters.
For excursions in the area by public transport buses and trains are available.
The opportunities for sporting activities such as tennis, golf, miniature golf and horseback riding are available in the vicinity. The nearest thermal bath you drive 17 km to the beaches of Versilia just 40 km.

Beautiful accommodation in Tuscany
A beautiful, clean house with a very clean pool and a very well-kept property near the worth seeing cities Lucca, Pisa, Florence
The disadvantage of the very hot weather was that the house was not air-conditioned and the fans did not really help much. Unfortunately, you can't reach anything on foot
Adjacent to the house is the farm of the owners and on arrival we were pleased to find several products, such as vegetables, potatoes, eggs, olive oil, etc.
The animals living on the farm, such as donkeys, chickens, etc., are advertised on the internet. Unfortunately, the farm dog has a very dreary existence exclusively in his kennel and the numerous birds in the aviaries adjacent to the kennel as well; very, very sad for a German animal lover. The landlords were very friendly and accommodating and on the first evening there was a "pizza party" with very tasty pizzas, which were prepared in the house's own stone oven.
All in all, it was a lovely holiday. The surroundings are ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, less ideal for those who like to party. The distances are ideal for culture lovers to explore the important cities of Tuscany.

Friendly, well located holiday home
From the holiday home you can easily travel around Tuscany because of the central location.
The house and hosts are very good and very nice.
We were very satisfied.
The pool is also good for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

A wonderful holiday
We had a super holiday, exactly what we were looking for: Peace and quiet, no tourists, no annoying questions about whether everything fits and whether we need anything else: the landlords were always present and, if we wanted to know something, we could also ask everything. We found it quite relaxing. The playground was not really interesting for our 5-year-old ;-) but the swimming pool was. In this weather it was just the right thing :-) and above all ONLY for us. Of course we also went by car: Lucca, Pisa, Montecarlo and Florence (the last time not by car because there were no parking spaces). The holiday was simply fantastic. And this soap in the bathroom..........
P.S. But it's not a 5***** hotel ;-) and watch out for the little lizard that lives under the big flowerpot by the stairs.... We would like to see you all again
