The Holiday home

Start your day with a cool dip in the amazing chlorine pool while the little ones enjoy the children pool. It sizes 10 x 5 metres and the water depth ranges from 1.2 to 2.2 metres, except for the children area that has a 0.5 metres depth. You will find a beautiful terrace around the pool with palm trees, pots and 8 sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun together with an exterior shower in case you want to wash off under the spray outdoors. The exterior presents very romantic corners to enjoy a peaceful walk surrounded by trees and greenery. The porch with barbecue, with views to the pool, and the exterior kitchen is the favourite place of the family chef. At the same time, this finca is the home of different animals like hens, goats, dogs and pigs that are located in a separated facility of the property. The plot is fenced and there are no neighbours around.

The house, decorated in a beautiful Mallorcan style comprises just one floor. The building has in fact two floors although the top floor is closed and not available. When you enter you find the living room, with its comfortable sofas that invite to relax while watching the satellite TV. It is open to the dining-kitchen which has a gas top, electric oven and all the equipment that you need to enjoy great family meals. There are up to 4 bedrooms with a closet and a fan available on request. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other three have two twin beds each. One of the latest offers an en-suite bathroom with independent tub and shower, and space for a cot and a high chair. You must take into account that two of the bedrooms are always available, but the other two will be open in case of more than 4 guests sleeping. There are two more bedrooms in the house, both with a shower and one of them outdoors. To complete the equipment you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board and the house also offers central heating for the coldest months.

Santanyí is about 4.6 km away, and the house perfect for cycling or hiking excursions because there are several routes around. The Sanctuary of Puig de la Consolació is a beautiful visit, specially for cycling. Santanyí offers all kind of supermarkets, bars, cafes and more for a nice and independent stay. Regarding the beaches, the coast skirting this beautiful and coastal town is full of dream-like beaches like Cala Santanyí about 9.8 km away, Cala Llombards or es Caló des Moro.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
