Description
The semi-detached house is very spacious with approx. 110 sqm, modern furnishings and offers space for 6 people upstairs with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each) and 1 bedroom (1 bunk bed). In addition, we offer 1 cot. The in-house sauna (for a fee) and the idyllic, quiet location invite you to relax and unwind. You share the 1050 sqm communal plot with the guests of the other half of the house. Dogs are welcome! Free WLAN and 2 TVs (1 TV in the bedroom) are available

Your holiday home is located about 200 metres from the Bodden (Baltic Sea inlet). The almost untouched sandy beaches (Palmer Ort and Gelbes Ufer) in the Schoritzer Wiek nature reserve invite you to swim, relax and hike. The holiday home is located on the German avenue road, 5 minutes from the Baltic Sea. There is a well-developed network of hiking and cycling paths. The Baltic Sea resorts of Binz, Sellin and Göhren are approx. 28 km away. The nearest towns are Garz (6 km) and Putbus (15 km). From here starts/ends the
"Rasende Roland" (narrow-gauge railway).

It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Zudar is an ideal starting point for cycling tours, hikes and also boat trips. This part of the island is almost undeveloped for tourism. Small fishing villages, the unspoilt natural beaches and salt marshes are considered an insider tip.
Other leisure activities include a visit to the Ozeaneum in Stralsund, the summer toboggan run in Bergen, Pirate Island in Putbus, the treetop path and the NVA Museum in Prora, the pier, diving gondola and Nemo fun pool in Sellin, the sand sculptures in Binz, the submarine in Sassnitz, the hunting lodge in Granitz or the Störtebecker Festival in Ralswiek!

Easter on Rügen
The house is in a quiet location and is also great for rainy days, as the interior is bright and friendly and also nice and big for children. In the living room, too, you can spread out on the sofas or play/paint at the large table. The two bedrooms are also cosy and large, the kitchen well equipped.
The lawn for running around, playing petanque and the terrace were also great. In addition, the sauna, board games, painting materials and the good service (prompt feedback on questions) - we felt very comfortable.

Very cozy house in a quiet location
Dear Mr. Schröer,
we were absolutely thrilled with your house and the smooth process of booking and communication. It couldn't have gone any better!
The vacation with our two dogs was exactly as we had imagined. It was idyllic, the Bodden is within walking distance, Palmer Ort (the most beautiful beach on the island) is only a few minutes' drive away, simply perfect!
On the only rainy day, we had to change our plans spontaneously and had a sauna day. This luxury suited us very well!
Your house was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. We hope to vacation with you again next year and until then, eagerly longing for the most beautiful island in Germany, with kind regards.

Sehr schönes Haus
We had a great time at the Dycke holiday home. The house is very modern, clean, tidy, and equipped with everything you need on a daily basis. The dishes, glasses, and pots are of very good quality! The house has two bathrooms, a modern sauna, plenty of towels, and bed linen. The furniture is very comfortable and in good condition. Everything was perfect! We felt very comfortable. There are private parking spaces right by the house. There was nothing to complain about. We can highly recommend the house and we will always be happy to spend our holidays there.
