Description
On the ground floor is the large, typically Tuscan room furnished with fireplace and kitchen, which is the most common meeting point for guests.
It is also on the ground floor, the bathroom, laundry, pantry and cellar.
On the first floor there are five bedrooms, with a total of 8 + 2 beds. A double room with private bathroom. And also, there are two family suites.
From the lobby you pass through a door in a small corridor from the right and left a bedroom, a double bedroom and a single room (each with an extra bed) are straight and the bathroom.
Some of the rooms have direct access to the large typical Tuscan terrace where you can enjoy a splendid view of the garden.
Outside there is a wood-burning oven where you can cook the pizza and grill a large table on the terrace and sunbeds by the pool.
In the garden there is a swimming pool, you have a wonderful view of the Apuan Alps and the nature of the area.

You can do here since 2006 holiday after the old stable and the barn have been restored so that while preserving the original structure remained the same, a beautiful house has been supported.
Claudio, the owner, says: I did so in order and expanded and decorated as if it were my house, with the idea of living like all my life I lived a long time here in Garfagnana and where the rhythm of life is of nature and Of their environment.

Claudio works on 11 hectares of spelled, lentils and chestnuts. He also raises rabbits and has a small flock of sheep.

Rarely had such a great landlord
We were 2 families with a total of 10 people. The accommodation is a hit, exactly as described on the internet. Mr. Satti, the landlord, is by far the best you could wish for. He came twice a day and took care of the pool and everything your heart desires. Only the journey is adventurous and a bit exhausting, but that's how it is in the mountains. Otherwise, we can recommend the accommodation without reservation and would be happy to come again. If only because of Claudio ????

He came twice a day and took care of the pool and everything your heart desires. Only the journey is adventurous and a bit exhausting, but that's how it is in the mountains. Otherwise, we can fully recommend the accommodation, we would love to come back. Especially because of Claudio ????.

Pure vacation in the middle of nature
We drove to Casa Bosco with great expectations (two families, each with 2 adults and two children) and were warmly welcomed and shown everything. The owner Claudio, who cleans the pool every day (early in the morning and quietly), comes almost every day to assist with advice and action (sometimes also with homemade treats). For daily use, you can find two Italian supermarkets with everything you need in Piazza al Serchio, which is 8 minutes away by car. The house, the pool, and the grounds are very well maintained and offer suitable spots for sunbathers as well as those seeking shade around the clock. The driveway to this park-like spot can be found under the sign "La Moscella". Every corner of the house is clean and dry, the cabinets, the dishes are very clean, so there are no surprises when opening the rooms, cabinets, etc. The bathroom facilities work perfectly and provide hot water around the clock (which is not self-evident in some regions in Tuscany). Everything here is in impeccable condition. We felt very comfortable for two weeks, which is of course also due to the excellent pizza oven with an adjacent grill for the extended family. The wood for firing is ready and supplied by Claudio. We baked bread every day and also made our own pizza,...unforgettably delicious. All in all, we liked the property very much and can recommend it to anyone who loves Tuscany and tranquility. We wish all interested parties a nice vacation.
