Description
The country house (3 double rooms and 2 bathrooms) is divided into 2 floors.
On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, the laundry room and a bathroom.
The first floor consists of a reading room and a living room with fireplace and satellite TV. On the second floor is the sleeping area, consisting of 2 double rooms (one with balcony) and a room with a bunk bed and a bathroom.
Outside is an open outbuilding with a brick barbecue and pizza oven, sink and stove, as well as a large table with chairs for alfresco dining.
The swimming pool is in a panoramic position and has an outdoor shower with hot water. The surface of sandstone around the basin is equipped with sun loungers and pavilion. In a corner of the basin is a rocky wall from which the water bubbles.
The swimming pool has a night lighting system.
The country house has Internet WIFI, satellite TV, stereo, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, brick barbecue, pizza oven and covered parking.

Location and surroundings of object
The country house (6 beds) is located in Garfagnana in the natural park of the Apuan Alps, a few kilometers away from Castelnuovo Garfagnana. The building is located in Panoramalage on a hill overlooking the Apuan Alps.
The holiday home is the ideal accommodation for those who want to spend relaxing holidays on the discovery of small, yet unknown, but still very charming places such as the exhausted village of Fabbriche the Careggine (which can only be visited when the authorities empty the basin to let).
A few kilometers from the country house is also the famous "Grotta del Vento" of Fornovolasco.
Lucca and the beaches of Versilia are easily reached by car. Trekking enthusiasts can take long trips in the woods surrounding the property, while the friends of fishing can devote their favorite sport to the waters of the River Edron, which flows near the structure.
The country house is surrounded by a garden that extends to the river Edron and is planted with fruit trees and fir trees.

Simply great! Really nice, everything is very clean, very well maintained. I was there for a week with my family and it was really nice! Total relaxation. We received a very nice welcome, the owners are very friendly. Just really great! I can definitely recommend it! :)
