One balcony is glazed so that you can enjoy the view of the sea with a cup of tea or coffee even on cooler days.
The beautiful flat "Romantik" is also ideal for only 2 people who want to have their usual space even on holiday. Each bedroom has its own cosy seating area for a nice evening for two
In the first bedroom you will dream in a four-poster bed and in the second a royal bed made of precious brass awaits you. There is also enough space in both bedrooms for a baby travel cot. High-quality furnishings and a harmonious colour scheme throughout the flat ensure a sense of well-being during your holiday.

In Sassnitz you have the Baltic Sea with the longest outer mole of Europe (1440 m) directly in front of the door. The land side is framed by the chalk cliffs with the 118 m high Königstuhl, which you can easily reach on foot (approx. 3 km away)
The whole area belongs to the Jasmund National Park and offers very beautiful hiking and cycling trails for all nature lovers. Sassnitz Zoo is a popular destination for children
Adults will also love the Sassnitz Butterfly Park in tropical surroundings
In addition to the many cosy restaurants along the pier and promenade, you will also find the submarine and fishing harbour museum
The old town of Sassnitz will enchant you with its white houses in seaside resort architecture and its proximity to the sea.
Eating a fresh fish roll at the harbour is almost a "must".
