Our house is centrally located in a side street, close to the sea and the old harbour of Sassnitz. Surrounded by the chalk cliffs in the background. In the neighbourhood is the Hotel Rügen with a panorama coffee and the Kurhotel. The large property (1000 sqm), before a rarity in urban development, offers our guests parking and garden with seating areas and sun loungers. Recently completely and lavishly renovated, our flats welcome you with individual and loving furnishings. The coordinated colour scheme and stylish furniture radiate harmony and holiday joy. A small "single kitchen" with 2 ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine and toaster are part of the kitchen equipment. On your balcony you can have breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The neighbouring hotel invites you to use the sauna and the indoor swimming pool
Restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, breakfast cafés and a bakery are just around the corner.

In the east of the island of Rügen, directly by the sea, lies the beautiful holiday resort of Sassnitz - the first Baltic Sea resort on Rügen. The steep coast, the nearby beaches, the longest outer pier in Europe (1440 m) and the many restaurants at the harbour, as well as the Jasmund National Park with its beautiful forests and many hiking and cycling trails invite you to relax. The traditional fishing port is the largest on Rügen and gives Sassnitz a unique Baltic Sea flair. The submarine and fishing harbour museum is just a few minutes' walk away. The old town of Sassnitz will enchant you with its spa architecture and proximity to the sea. The 118 m high Königsstuhl is 3 km away. The ferries from Mukran (4 km) allow you to take a trip to Sweden, Lithuania and Poland. The Granitz hunting lodge (14 km) offers a magnificent view and many hiking routes through the Granitz. You can enjoy the sophisticated life in Binz (8 km) on the promenade. Störtebeker Festival takes you back to the time of the pirates

We will be happy to come back!
This small flat, comfortably furnished, in a top location and well equipped for 2 people, was our home for 1 week. We were out and about a lot during the day and could start the day in the sun on the balcony. For the small purse with the equipment (standard apartment) it is an absolute recommendation. The cordial landlady included. Thank you, we will be happy to come back.

Keine unproblematische Rückerstattung
Hier muss klar gestellt sein, wir waren nicht dort wegen dem Virus. Jedoch liegt es nicht im Interesse der Betreiberin, diese Sache ohne gerichtliche Wege zu klären. Schade...

Winter holiday in Sassnitz
Get out of the daily grind and into relaxation.
We live in a big city and always retreat to dreamy holiday regions for our holidays. We can absolutely recommend Sassnitz in winter. With its charm of the coast on the Baltic Sea, the national park, the harbour, the small old town and then no overcrowded promenade! Perfect! Our cosy accommodation also inspired us to dream. As mentioned in the previous reviews, the colours of the tiles, fabrics and decoration were excellently coordinated. Wonderful bathroom mirror in a small but beautiful bathroom with a large daylight window! Unfortunately, we were not able to use the balcony and the large property in winter. The dining table in the living and sleeping area invites you to linger and in the small separate kitchen you can prepare less elaborate meals. Of course, it is not as well equipped as our own, but that did not bother us! On request, there was also a second blanket for me to sleep on, as I like it a bit warmer. Urlaub in Sassnitz
In dem Appartement mit Balkon und dem großen Gemeinschaftsgarten haben wir schöne Tage zu Zweit verbracht. Gut Saniert, schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Meine Frau liebte die Farben und die kleinen dekorativen Details. Die Lage ist super, alles nötige gleich um die Ecke. Auto kann man ohne Sorge stehen lassen. Der Weg zum Hafen kurz und direkt über die geschwungene Hängebrücke. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin und reibungsloser Buchungsablauf. Vielen Dank!

Wiederholungs-Urlaub
Nicht zu ersten Mal waren wir Gast in diesem schönen Haus mit mehreren Fereienwohnungen. Diesmal haben wir uns das kleinste Appartement ausgesucht. Liebevoll eingerichtet mit kleiner Küche und Balkon. War wieder alles super und wir kommen gerne in 2020 wieder!

Genau , wie beschrieben. Uns hat es als Paar sehr gut gefallen. Die eine negative Bewertung ist aus unserer Sicht absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Räume sind im Vintage Stil, sauber und gleichzeitig zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Von dem Betreuten Wohnen gegenüber und auch vom Revier bekommt man kaum was mit. Für zwei Personen mit Hund optimal.

Gemütliches Appartement in toller Lage
Das Appartement ist sehr freundlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Küche ist klein, aber die zentrale Lage mit tollen Restaurants in direkter nähe, kann man für alle Speisn gut nutzen. Besonders Frühstück bei Kaffee "Gumpfer" direkt am Wasser - Danke an die Gastgeber für die Empfehlung.
Der Balkon ist ein zusätzliches Plus und auch der große Garten zum entspannen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen.

Beautiful time out for two
We went on holiday to Rügen for the first time and chose the beautiful little town of Sassnitz. The relaxation was perfect, a good combination of nature and active holiday. Through recommendation we came across the Haus am Meer and booked the very stylishly furnished and cosy little flat Ostseesand. Beautiful large garden with seating and sun loungers right by the house. The bakery is just around the corner, and there are plenty of shops, pharmacies, banks and restaurants around the corner. The sea is only a few minutes away. You can also start a hike to the chalk cliffs right from the front door. Perfect for a short break. The landlords are very warm hosts and we felt very comfortable! Thank you very much for that. We will be happy to come back again!
