The Deichtraum holiday flat is attractively located directly behind the sea dike, just 50 m from the beach / sea.
The completely ground-floor, non-smoking flat is located on the ground floor in the well-kept Haus Deichblick in the North Sea spa resort of Neuharlingersiel. The apartment is very well suited for 4 people. All rooms are step-free and therefore also suitable for people with walking difficulties. The accommodation is equipped with roller shutters all around!
Due to its excellent location to the beach and sea, the harbour, the Haus des Gastes, the Bäderwerk, the restaurants, the bakery, the spa practices, the grocery shops, etc., this holiday flat is equally suitable for older or younger guests, as well as families.
The spacious flat is completely furnished with oak and beech furniture and has allergy-friendly floors. Are you travelling with children, grandpa, grandma or do you have a snoring problem? No problem! The flat has two separate bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds (no bunk beds)). A good-sized living room with a 3-seater, 2-seater couch, coffee table and armchair, a flat screen TV with integrated digital satellite receiver and a radio. A kitchenette with induction hob and separate oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cutlery, etc., as well as a bathroom with shower with adjustable temperature control, washbasin and WC. The terrace with garden furniture is easily accessible from the living room and will delight you with sunshine until the evening hours
Due to various allergies, carpeting and "dust catchers" have been completely dispensed with. Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated. Bicycles that you have brought or borrowed can be locked up in the cellar. Your car parking space is directly at the house (3m away from the entrance) on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
The centre of Neuharlingersiel is certainly the picturesque fishing harbour with its 9 shrimp boats.
Concerts are held in the harbour, it is a meeting place for young and old, because there is always something to see here.
The Sielhof, which is several centuries old, now houses a chapel, a tea room and the "Haus des Gastes" on the upper floor.
In addition to the beautiful harbour, Neuharlingersiel offers a sandy and green beach with beach chairs for sunbathing and playing in the sand
but also a well laid out beach promenade. With bicycles (there are several bicycle hire services in the village) you can cycle over the dykes to Bensersiel

Quiet beautiful holiday flat
Very nicely furnished holiday flat. Even though the kitchenette is a bit small, nothing was missing. Shopping facilities (bakery, Edeka) within walking distance. You can also get to the beach in a few metres via the dyke. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come again.
recommend for: disabled persons, seniors, holiday with children, cultural and sightseeing holiday, beach holiday
