Our holiday flat is fully equipped in a modern and friendly style. It offers enough space for four people (no pets). A south-facing balcony invites you to sit outside until late in the evening

Our holiday flat is located about a five-minute walk from the town centre of Grömitz (market) with its numerous shops and restaurants. You can reach the Baltic Sea beach from the apartment after a 15-minute walk through the pedestrian zone and shopping streets of Grömitz
The flat is an ideal base for both a beach holiday and an active holiday with sports, excursions or walks and cycling tours in a beautiful landscape.

Cancellation terms:
Irrespective of any other rental (substitute tenant), a handling fee of 50 Euros will be charged in the event of cancellation. In the event of termination/cancellation, the following charges will apply: - Up to 28 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price - Up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price - Up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 75% of the rental price - Less than 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price (including the 50 Euros handling fee)

Excursions:
During the season, excursions with the Bäderschiffslinie depart daily from the Grömitzer Seebrücke to various destinations. There is something for everyone.
On land, a bike tour along the coast is a must. By car, a trip to Heiligenhafen or Fehmarn is worthwhile. The Hansa Park in Sierksdorf is also not far away.

Around satisfied
