Description

Our holiday home has been completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2018/19. It offers space for max. 4 persons. A large garden with terrace invites you to sit outside. In 2022, a private parking space was built directly in front of the house.

The house was built in the 1950s and has a long history, which we have deliberately not renovated away. The creaking wooden floor tells of this and the roaring oil heating system chimes in now and then. The partly visible pipes are also part of the charm of the economic miracle times.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday home is located in the centre of Büsum with short distances to the pedestrian zone/town centre, weekly market, medical centre, as well as to the North Sea beach (each approx. 5 minutes away on foot). The house is located in a residents' street with no through traffic. There is a private parking space for one car in front of the house.

Additional costs
- In the high season, the rental is only weekly arrival-departure Sat
- For accepted small pets there is a surcharge of €5,--/night.
- The tourism tax is to be paid on site when the keys are handed over.
- Price for max. 2 adults and two children under 12 years - additional person from 12 years €5,--/night.
- For bookings of holiday/bridge days less than one week, the price of the main season applies

Cancellation terms:

Irrespective of any other rental (substitute tenant), a handling fee of 50 Euros will be charged in the event of cancellation. In the event of termination/cancellation, the following charges will apply: - Up to 28 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price - Up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price - Up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 75% of the rental price - Less than 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price (including the 50 Euros handling fee)

additional information:

Büsum has a lot to offer with its beaches and harbour. But if you do want to get out and about, Büsum is a good starting point for various excursions. Sea trips along the coast, to the seal banks or to Helgoland are popular.
By bike, you can cycle along the coast either south to the Speicherkoog or, for the more athletic, to Friedrichskoog or north to the Eider.
By car, you can quickly reach Heide, Friedrichstadt or Husum. St. Peter with a stop at the Eider barrage is also popular.

Urlaub am Meer

Older holiday home. We really liked the rustic feel, and so did our small dog. Everything is within walking distance. The landlord is nice and helpful. We would love to stay here again on our next vacation in Büsum.
