Description
The oak timbered house "Mühlenblick", newly built in 2015, is located far away from the hustle and bustle on the small school hill in a wonderful location with an unobstructed view of the Pudagla windmill. On 180 m² of living space, you will find 5 separate bedrooms, a large, bright living/dining area, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
The thatched holiday home extends over three floors and offers enough space for up to 10 people. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a large inviting living and dining area, which is furnished with ecological clay plaster walls. On the terrace and in the garden you can enjoy the sun and unwind during the day, then in the evening you can barbecue in cosy company and bring the day to a close. The large property offers undisturbed holiday enjoyment especially for families with children. There are three bedrooms upstairs, two of which are furnished with a double bed, and the third bedroom has two separate single beds. In the spacious gallery there is a sitting area and a second TV. The large, bright bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The staircase leads to the attic, which offers two further bedrooms, each with two single beds. For the little ones, there is a travel cot (with mattress but without linen) and a high chair.
You can use the Wi-Fi free of charge, and you can also park your car directly at the house free of charge. There is a storage space for your bicycles

Location and surroundings of object
The small village of Pudagla is located in a scenic region at the foot of the Glaubensberg in the middle of the Usedom Island Nature Park. Thanks to its central location, you can easily reach the imperial spas of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck, as well as the amber spas on the Baltic coast to the north, or get to the idyllic bathing area on the Achterwasser, one kilometre away, in just a few minutes. The connection to the Usedom cycle path network invites you to explore the island by bike.

A deposit of € 200.00 is payable in cash on arrival. The costs for electricity consumption will be charged to the deposit on the day of departure. Billing is based on the meter reading and is charged at € 0.40/kWh.

It doesn't get much better than that.
We spent 2 great weeks in this beautiful thatched house. The house is very spacious and offers plenty of room if the weather is not so good. A large terrace with a beautiful garden let us enjoy unforgettable evenings. We will gladly come again.
