Description

The holiday home of approx. 110 m2 extends over 2 floors, a spacious living/dining area incl sofa bed with bed function 1.30x2.00 m and TV, with a kitchen incl dishwasher ceramic hob etc, as well as a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with tub on the ground floor of the house, as well as 2 bedrooms on the upper floor of the house which can be reached via a spiral staircase.
Furthermore, the house has a Finnish sauna (max 4 persons) as well as a relaxation room incl. bed 1,40x2,00 as well as TV and a fireplace for cosy relaxation, as well as an outside terrace in the garden
To the semi-detached house belongs a roof terrace of approx. 20 m2 for breakfast or to let the evenings end comfortably as well as of course an own parking place roofed on the property.

If you are travelling with small children, you can use a baby cot free of charge on request.

The price already includes bed linen for the persons indicated.

Towel package can be added 5 euros per person

Furthermore, up to 5 bicycles can be ordered in advance. Children's bikes are also available.

Location and surroundings of object

The re-modernised and rebuilt in 2002 and completely renovated in 2015 is situated on the outskirts of Benz. The property offers a 500 m" large communally usable natural playground for chilling and romping ideal for children and families (football goal/table tennis table), a small goldfish pond and sun loungers complete the picture.
You can also explore the nature and sights of the island via the well-developed cycle path network, only 2 km away is the Achterwasser in Neppermin with a beach, playground and the possibility to comfortably eat and drink something. 5 km from the holiday home you can reach the Kaiserbäder and the endless Baltic Sea beach.
Directly behind the property there are fields and forests and only 300 m further the beautiful Schmollensee
which invites you to go fishing or boating.
In the direction of the village centre, it is a 2 minute walk to a beautiful children's playground or 4 km to the golf course.
The small village of Benz is 5 km behind the Kaiserbäder and the Baltic Sea beach, so it is in a quiet location but still not far from the hustle and bustle

Until one week before the start of the trip, 25% of the travel price is due. Less than 1 week before, or if you do not show up, 50% of the travel price is due. If you are not allowed to enter Mecklenburg-Vorpommern due to the Corona pandemic, no costs will be incurred by you.

Super holiday home with sauna

Super beautiful, clean, and lovingly furnished vacation apartment. Very quiet location with garden and rooftop terrace. Mr. Kottmus very friendly and always approachable. We would love to come back, maybe in summer.

Quiet holiday home with sauna

Great, quiet location in the village, close to the Baltic Sea (Bansin, Heringsdorf also accessible by bike).
Very nice and reliable landlord, service on site.
Great sauna with relaxation room (with fireplace) and direct access to the garden.
Clean house, everything you need in terms of equipment. Special requests are fulfilled immediately. Highly recommended!

Super accommodation

We would like to thank Mr. Kottmus for this accommodation. We felt very comfortable in this house. Since there were only two of us, we had the full luxury of two bathrooms and two bedrooms for a great price. As we still had sunny weather in September, we could use the roof terrace for breakfast as well as in the evening. The sauna was pure luxury. There was nothing to complain about and we will recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

VACATION TO ENJOY :-D

We were extremely happy in October 2020 to be able to spend our long-awaited vacation in such a well-equipped house. The tranquil location, slightly away from the hustle and bustle but still centrally located, left nothing to be desired for our activities.
Many thanks also to our landlord, Mr. Kottmus, for the uncomplicated communication and the organized on-site support.

All tip top!

Over Pentecost 2020, we stayed with 4 people in the well-equipped house and had no wishes left unfulfilled. Beautiful, quiet location, a bit off the hustle and bustle of the major spa towns. Still centrally located enough to reach everything easily. The landlord was awesome! Super nice and immediately tried to find a solution for small problems! If we could, we would give 6 stars...

Complaining at a high level

Quick, uncomplicated booking. The holiday home is located away from the hustle and bustle in the small village of Benz. Room equipment is okay, kitchen very sparingly furnished (missing glasses, pot lids, microwave, bread slicer). For our fellow travelers (knee surgery patients), the space-saving/spiral staircase to the upper bedrooms was a problem and should definitely be mentioned in the description!

Werte Familie Flesch,

leider kann ich Ihre Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen.
Die Wendeltreppe ist auf 2 Bildern in der Ferienhaus Beschreibung eindeutig zu sehen.
Zur Ausstattung in der Küche, es befanden sich 16 Gläser oben rechts im Küchenschrank, dazu kommen 6 Biergläser, sowie 4 Weingläser in der Wohnzimmervitrine.
Zu den 3 vorhandenen Töpfen gab es tatsächlich nur 2 Deckel, da sich der dritte in das Nachbarhaus verirrt hat.
Eine Mirkowelle, sowie die Brotschneidemaschine gab es nicht, diese sind aber auch nicht Bestand der Austattungsliste auf FHM.
Die Mikrowelle wurde inzwischen nachgerüstet.
Da Sie weder uns per Tel. oder Mail wie mehrfach angeboten , noch die Verwalterin vor Ort angesprochen haben,
hatten wir leider keine Chance Ihren Wünschen nach zu kommen.

Eine Bewertung mit 3 Sternen für Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, für ein 100m² Haus mit 2 Bädern/ Dusche/ Wanne, Sauna inkl. Ruheraum,
inkl. aller Nebenkosten und Endreinigung für 350 Euro für 4 Personen pro woche,
das sind 12,50 Pro Nacht pro Person .

Wir hoffen Sie hatten dennoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Cosy holiday home in a quiet location.

We (2 adults, 2 teenagers) spent 1 week in this beautiful holiday home in October. We regularly stay in holiday homes but rarely have we found one so well-equipped. You can tell that the house is also used by the owners themselves - everything you need is really there.

The beautiful surroundings are perfect for hiking, cycling, and beach walks. Thanks to the spacious property and the sufficiently large holiday home, four people can comfortably live there without getting on each other's nerves. Since we also cooked ourselves, we particularly remember the well-equipped kitchen.

Many thanks also to the landlord, Mr. Kottmus. The communication was absolutely smooth and uncomplicated.

Long weekend in beautiful surroundings...

We spent a long weekend here at Ferienhaus Emil. Clean and renovated rooms are comfortably furnished here.
Even in rainy weather, we had a lot of fun at the nearby indoor mini-golf.
After an extensive bike ride through the picturesque surroundings, we could warm up again in the sauna and relax in front of the fireplace.
It really was a great few days here in Benz.
We will definitely be back.... ;0)

Hello we rent here our well-kept holiday home on the Baltic Sea about 4 km behind Bansin , this was built in 2001 and since this year now also rented because we ourselves can not use it so often , we ourselves have 2 children and for 4 people the house is optimal .
