Description

located in south-west location in the curve of a dead end, with lots of privacy and no 300m (no road crossing) from idyllic clean long Banjaard - beach which has a blue flag!
The center and swimming pool are 100 meters from the FH, since you also get fresh rolls daily.

Your privately owned FH offers every season feel-good ambiance with comfort features & amenities.
The sunny garden is completely fenced / waxed and on the large sheltered terrace has the sun until the end.

On the ground floor.
The just renovated bright living / dining room is equipped with everything you need. For your entertainment a 47Smart TV with "all" the German channels, radio / CD & incl. WLAN provides.

The open kitchen has a "full equipment" nothing is missing. A large dining table offers plenty of space. The double-wing door leads to the fully furnished, sunny large terrace / garden, here you can let the day wonderfully with the evening sun.

Surroundings:

North Sea Résidence De Banjaard is not 300 meters from the North Sea and is the perfect base to explore the province of Zeeland. Due to its privileged position between North Sea, Oosterschelde and the Veerse Meer this holiday park is a very special place.

Zand 24 is at a dead end of the 5 * holiday park "Noordzee Residence de Banjaard", invites a sufficient distance to the right neighbor with a beautiful, south-facing sheltered garden which ensures privacy and for relaxing, sunbathing and games. 2 parking spaces are located directly at the house, over 10m again 5 car spaces. The aims pursued in a few minutes long sandy beach of Banjaard has already been awarded several times as the most beautiful beach in the NL.

Zeeland has the Most data hours of sun in NL, including the healthy healing environment!

The whole area has a lot of nature protection, countless scenic cycling and hiking trails, can be found within a radius of about 20 km the beautiful places like Domburg, Middelburg, Veere, Vrouwenpolder, Gost etc ... reach.

Also the Veerse Sea is a short distance to the park, where there are many water sports, a water ski facility.
Nearby is also a riding stable.

In the center is building an information display with many suggestions for active features quality there is something for everyone.

The house was renovated in 2017, also with a new kitchen, large box spring beds and a modern bathroom with skylight / ventilation and walk-in shower.

Cancellation policy:
With resignation the following deductions of the rent are to be paid:
up to 75 days before departure 35% of the rental price
up to 45 days before departure 50% of the rental price
up to 35 days before departure 75% of the rental price
up to 14 days before departure 100% of the rental price

Travel cancellation insurance:
I recommend the Travel Secure (according to endowment test: good). But you would have to book yourself.

Address: Holiday Park North Sea Résidence De Banjaard, RZ 4493 Kamperland, street. Zand 24, less than 100 meters from the center and indoor swimming-pool, in 300m you are at the beautiful North Sea beach!

You go directly to the House, where there is a key-safe code that you will get 1 week of arrival, no long wait at the reception.

If you want (or bring your own), you can wash packages for rent at the Rezetion in the park. Only bed linen and towels or the complete laundry package: € pp - what is being paid for.

Please note no smoking in the house.

The availability calendar is updated daily.

For small children: 2 Highchairs, 1 baby bed, stairs fuse in OG. Handcart, several children and board games and many books.

The kitchen is equipped with everything plentiful (cups, plates, glasses, silverware, etc.), many kitchen appliances are available, provide a private amenities.

The Park-indoor swimming pool is free of charge, is 100 meters away, just go, see opening times.

TOP holiday home for feeling good

We have already spent a wonderful week in Zand 24 for the second time - and we will do it again. We have been renting holiday homes for over 20 years to spend our vacations there, and I have never encountered such a well-equipped house. Nothing is missing. The furnishings are very tasteful, the kitchen is fantastically equipped (nothing is missing here, you can pursue your passion for cooking), the sauna is perfect. On the (covered and lightable) terrace, smokers are protected (if applicable), and the garden offers a fenced area for dogs. This time we spent the Christmas holidays here and found a tasteful and loving Christmas decoration. The location of the holiday villa is great, just a short walk and you are directly at the beach. There, long walks and a stop at one of the beach pavilion restaurants are recommended. The area is also wonderful for cyclists, the many bike paths (without car traffic) offer many opportunities for extensive bike tours. Restaurants and supermarkets are sufficiently available at a short distance.
We would love to come back!

Just like at home.

We felt very comfortable. The house lacks nothing. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils you can imagine. Enough cutlery, cups, and glasses even for 8 people.
There are enough hooks in the rooms and also in the bathroom, which we usually miss in vacation homes.
The beds are OK and there is a large selection of pillows.
There is enough space everywhere to retreat. Everything is very cozy and not so cold.
Our dog loved the garden, of course because of the nice entertainment provided by the resident rabbits.
The holiday park itself would even be fireworks-free. Unfortunately, there were still occasional fireworks there over Christmas.

Autumn vacation♥️

We spent a wonderful week with our best friends in this very well equipped vacation home. It was our first vacation in Holland and we were really excited. We will definitely come back because we haven't seen everything yet!
We really liked the accommodation, where dogs are also welcome. We didn't miss anything and the proximity to the beach was really great. Overall, everything was easily accessible from there, centrally located, but still very quiet. We can definitely recommend this cottage without reservation.

Great holiday week

We had a wonderful holiday week with 4 adults and 3 children and felt very comfortable in the very beautiful, perfectly equipped holiday villa. Nothing was missing, the sauna, a covered terrace, a very well-kept large garden, great location, and the contact with Mrs. Ehlert was always very nice and friendly. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, it was perfect. We would love to come back.

Sehr schöne Ferienzeit

This accommodation is very well suited for groups of up to eight people. We were there with seven and felt completely comfortable. The equipment is high quality, the bedrooms spacious, and the beds comfortable. The only downside here are the very "thin walls." The garden is fantastic. Large lawn for various activities, large seating area, which is also covered, so you can spend time outside even in mixed weather and not to forget the central location in "De Banjaard". Both the beach and the market square are only a short walk away. Conclusion: Despite the moderate weather, a completely successful holiday in a great accommodation. . . . gladly again.

this is the third time we have stayed at Haus Zand 24 and we liked it very much again, including our dog. The already perfect equipment has become even better, we especially liked the terrace roofing and the new large flat screen TV in one of the bedrooms on the upper floor, as well as the fact that they are smart TVs (internet).
Everything was great again and we will be happy to come back.

Zand 24

We had a great week with 6 adults and a large dog. A superbly equipped house with everything you could wish for, offering comfort that is hard to beat. The proximity to the beach and the quiet location, along with a beautiful garden, were perfect. Additionally, we received greetings and best wishes for the journey home from Mrs. Ehlert via email.
All in all: highly recommended, 5 stars from us. If we visit Zeeland again, we will choose Zand 24.

Pure relaxation

We stayed in their beautiful house with 6 people and a dog. four of us had never been to Holland before. Thanks to your house, the great beach and the great weather, we will definitely come back. Luna loved the escape-proof garden. Everything was there in the kitchen and we didn't have to wash the dishes all the time because there was enough. Mrs Ehlert was always easy to reach and very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. We felt almost at home and would be happy to come back.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

The holiday home Zand 24 leaves nothing to be desired. It is well-equipped, cozy, and very well-maintained. Also, the location - close to the dunes, the beach, and the center of the park - is excellent, and the house is quiet due to the dead-end street.

Perfect !!!

We had a wonderful holiday in this house. The landlady is super nice, we didn't miss anything, and the dogs also liked it very much. The short distance to the great beach was great, so every walk with the dogs was connected to a beautiful beach walk. The sauna was also heavily used, so we had a very relaxing and pleasant holiday. We would love to come back.

Great, relaxing vacation

We have now been to De Baanjard for the 5th time. We had never had such a wealth of kitchen equipment as in Zand 24 before. Everything one could wish for was available. The contact with Mrs. Ehlert and the further communication via email were excellent as well. For a stay with several people, the house is simply great and I can highly recommend it.
