The center and swimming pool are 100 meters from the FH, since you also get fresh rolls daily.
Your privately owned FH offers every season feel-good ambiance with comfort features & amenities.
The sunny garden is completely fenced / waxed and on the large sheltered terrace has the sun until the end.
On the ground floor.
The just renovated bright living / dining room is equipped with everything you need. For your entertainment a 47Smart TV with "all" the German channels, radio / CD & incl. WLAN provides.
The open kitchen has a "full equipment" nothing is missing. A large dining table offers plenty of space. The double-wing door leads to the fully furnished, sunny large terrace / garden, here you can let the day wonderfully with the evening sun.

North Sea Résidence De Banjaard is not 300 meters from the North Sea and is the perfect base to explore the province of Zeeland. Due to its privileged position between North Sea, Oosterschelde and the Veerse Meer this holiday park is a very special place.
Zand 24 is at a dead end of the 5 * holiday park "Noordzee Residence de Banjaard", invites a sufficient distance to the right neighbor with a beautiful, south-facing sheltered garden which ensures privacy and for relaxing, sunbathing and games. 2 parking spaces are located directly at the house, over 10m again 5 car spaces. The aims pursued in a few minutes long sandy beach of Banjaard has already been awarded several times as the most beautiful beach in the NL.
Zeeland has the Most data hours of sun in NL, including the healthy healing environment!
The whole area has a lot of nature protection, countless scenic cycling and hiking trails, can be found within a radius of about 20 km the beautiful places like Domburg, Middelburg, Veere, Vrouwenpolder, Gost etc ... reach.
Also the Veerse Sea is a short distance to the park, where there are many water sports, a water ski facility.
Nearby is also a riding stable.
In the center is building an information display with many suggestions for active features quality there is something for everyone.

You go directly to the House, where there is a key-safe code that you will get 1 week of arrival, no long wait at the reception.

Dream vacation for young and old
Dear Mrs. Ehlert,
we had a wonderful time in this lovingly furnished holiday home at Banjaardstrand in Zeeland, Zand 24.
With four adults and two children, we felt completely comfortable from the very beginning. The house offered enough space for everyone, was cozy, and perfectly suited for a relaxing family vacation. Especially the proximity to the beach made our stay something truly special. Long walks by the sea, shared family time, and many beautiful moments made our vacation unforgettable. ? ☀️
We enjoyed the time very much and would have loved to stay longer. A heartfelt thank you for the lovely accommodation, where we felt almost at home.
We would be very happy to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home.

TOP holiday home for feeling good
We have already spent a wonderful week in Zand 24 for the second time - and we will do it again. We have been renting holiday homes for over 20 years to spend our vacations there, and I have never encountered such a well-equipped house. Nothing is missing. The furnishings are very tasteful, the kitchen is fantastically equipped (nothing is missing here, you can pursue your passion for cooking), the sauna is perfect. On the (covered and lightable) terrace, smokers are protected (if applicable), and the garden offers a fenced area for dogs. This time we spent the Christmas holidays here and found a tasteful and loving Christmas decoration. The location of the holiday villa is great, just a short walk and you are directly at the beach. There, long walks and a stop at one of the beach pavilion restaurants are recommended. The area is also wonderful for cyclists, the many bike paths (without car traffic) offer many opportunities for extensive bike tours. Restaurants and supermarkets are sufficiently available at a short distance.
We would love to come back!

wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus am Banjaardstrand in Zeeland, Zand 24.
Mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern haben wir uns von Anfang an rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus bot ausreichend Platz für alle, war gemütlich und bestens geeignet für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Besonders die Nähe zum Strand hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Lange Spaziergänge am Meer, gemeinsame Familienzeit und viele schöne Momente haben unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. ?☀️
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Ein herzliches Dankeschön für die schöne Unterkunft, in der wir uns fast wie zu Hause fühlen durften.

Wir mieten seit über 20 Jahren Ferienhäuser um dort unseren Urlaub zu verbringen, niemals habe ich ein so toll ausgestattetes Haus angetroffen. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, die Küche ist fantastisch ausgestattet (hier fehlt nichts, man kann seiner Kochleidenschaft nachgehen), die Sauna ist perfekt. Auf der (überdachten und beleuchtbaren) Terrasse sind (falls dabei) Raucher geschützt, der Garten bietet eingezäunten Auslauf für Hunde. Wir haben diesmal die Weihnachtstage hier verbracht und haben eine geschmack- und liebevolle Weihnachtsdeko vorgefunden.
Die Lage der Ferienvilla ist super, nur ein kurzer Fussmarsch und man ist direkt am Strand. Dort bieten sich lange Spaziergänge und eine Einkehr in einem der Strandpavillon-Restaurants an. Die Gegend ist ebenfalls herrlich für Radfahrer, die vielen Radwege (ohne Autoverkehr) bieten viele Möglichkeiten für ausgedehnte Radtouren. Restaurants und Supermärkte finden sich ausreichend in kurzer Entfernung.
Wir kommen gern wieder!
Überall sind genug Haken in den Zimmer und auch im Bad, die wir normalerweise in Ferienhäusern sehr vermissen.
Die Betten sind OK und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Kopfkissen.
Überall genug Platz, um sich zurückziehen zu können. Alles sehr gemütlich und nicht so kalt.
Unser Hund fand den Garten toll, natürlich wegen der netten Unterhaltung durch die dort ansässigen Kaninchen.
Der Ferienpark selbst wäre sogar feuerwerksfrei. Leider waren auch dort schon über Weihnachten trotzdem vereinzelte Kracher zu hören.
Die Unterkunft, in der auch Hunde herzlich willkommen sind, hat uns richtig gut gefallen, es fehlte uns an nichts und die Nähe zum Strand war echt toll. Insgesamt war von dort aus alles sehr gut zu erreichen/ zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir können dieses Häuschen auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Sauna, eine überdachte Terrasse, ein sehr gepflegter großer Garten, tolle Lage und der Kontakt zu Frau Ehlert war immer sehr nett und herzlich.
Der Strand ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt, es war perfekt

Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, die Schlafzimmer geräumig und die Betten gemütlich. Einziges Manko sind hier die sehr „dünnen Wände“.
Der Garten ist fantastisch. Grosse Rasenfläche für allerlei Aktivitäten, grosse Sitzgelegenheit, die ausserdem noch überdacht ist, so kann man auch bei durchwachsenem Wetter noch Zeit draussen verbringen und nicht zu vergessen die zentrale Lage in „De Banjaard“. Sowohl zum Strand als auch zum Marktplatz sind nur kurze Wege zurückzulegen.
Fazit: Trotz mässigen Wetter ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft....gerne wieder.
Vielen Danke für die tollen Ferien, die wir in ihrem Haus verbringen durften. Es war ja für uns der erste Urlaub mit Baby und es war alles toll! Wir, meine Eltern und unsere 2 Hunde haben sich bei Ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

wir haben ein so erholsames und entspanntes verlängertes Wochenende in ihrem wunderschön und komfortabel eingerichteten Haus verlebt. In jeden einzelnen Zimmer spürt man die Liebe zum Detail mit dem es eingerichtet ist, die neue und sehr gut ausgestattet Küche, das heimelige Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und auch das super schöne geräumige Bad……es stimmt einfach alles und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, ganz liebe Grüße, die Mädels aus Bochum
Summa sumarum: unbedingt zu empfehlen und 5 sterne + von uns.
Wenn noch einmal Zeeland, dann wieder in Zand 24.
Zudem ist die Lage - die Nähe zu den Dünen und zum Strand sowie zum Zentrum des Parks - top und durch die Sackgasse liegt das Haus ruhig.
Fazit: Jederzeit wieder!
Bei einem Aufenthalt mit mehreren Personen ist das Haus einfach klasse und kann von mir nur wärmstens weiter empfohlen werden.
