The house is decorated with so much attention to detail

We (2 persons) spent three wonderful holiday weeks in this "holiday oasis" in June.

The contact and communication with the landlord was perfect. Our comment that we would be happy if a Nespresso coffee machine was available was implemented immediately!

The rooms are all very lovingly furnished and decorated. The outdoor area with the pool is very well maintained and unparalleled!

For this and for the cleanliness, we give the school grade "ONE"

The kitchen was well equipped, there was NOTHING missing!

We had breakfast every morning on the covered terrace and sat outside for a long time every evening by candlelight, thanks to the large candlestick.

We felt so comfortable that we requested the house again for next year directly on site. Unfortunately, something got in the way, so we caused the owner unnecessary work.

Perfectly happy

Five of us (wife, child, parents-in-law) spent very pleasant days in this dreamlike finca, which leaves nothing to be desired. This is how I have always imagined a typical Mallorcan finca. And from the roof terrace you can even see the sea. With its three bedrooms, the finca offers enough space for six people, and the terrace and garden, including the pool, are fantastically laid out. The location is quiet in a small residential area and you are almost shielded from all sides. Compliments to the landlord for the great care and organisation!

Perfekt

First with five, later with six people, we spent 10 wonderful days in this splendid house. Our anticipation was already huge due to the pictures, and we were not disappointed.

Our favorite spot was the large covered terrace with a pleasant 30 ° shade and a light breeze. The great pool with a maximum depth of about 2.10 m was used abundantly.

Equipment, ambience, coziness are absolutely top-notch. This finca comes highly recommended. Occasionally, it may happen that a hen with her chicks walks across the property at this time of year. If a rooster is also present, you may be woken up by crowing in the morning. However, we didn't find that to be a problem.

We will gladly come back.

sehr schöne Finca

... our first vacation on Mallorca in a finca, a better start is unimaginable. We recovered very well and spent two perfect vacation weeks in September 2014 in this delightful house. The house offers everything for a guaranteed relaxation, is in top condition, and a pure oasis of well-being, with a well-tended and beautifully landscaped garden.

We (5 adults) arrived by car and only arrived in Santanyi after dark (10:00 pm). There we were picked up by the caretaker at the entrance of the village and guided to the estate, which was very pleasant. Despite the late hour, we were well informed about the local conditions. We enjoyed the bottle of Mallorcan red wine that was ready for us (there was also water in the kitchen) directly on the terrace; immediately we felt like we were on vacation - a great start. We used the large pool (regularly maintained and illuminated at night) a lot, often even before breakfast. Due to the bathrooms connected to the bedrooms, everyone had their individual space, there was no crowding, which made everything super relaxed. Plenty of towels for the bathroom + pool were available. The kitchen is very clean, fully equipped, and has everything you need for cooking - we ended up using it more than originally planned. For the rooftop terrace, we would have liked a sun lounger or something similar.
The website gives an unadulterated impression of what you actually find on site. If needed, the managers were immediately available and could help further. Generally speaking, it must be said, the organization by the landlord and managers was superb.
Without reservation: a real gem, with a great atmosphere inside and out - 100% recommended!

Wirklich traumhaft

Thank you, my expectations (which were not small based on the pictures and descriptions) were exceeded: everything perfectly clean, super prepared, the decor stylish, an incomparable atmosphere in and around the house. A garden to dream, several opportunities to relax comfortably.

Views of the sea were only available from the rooftop terrace, but who needs that with the house and everything around it. The pool: large, clean, ideally integrated.

The nearby bay: amazing! Promenades and hiking trails, great harbors, cafes, bistros, restaurants... the market of Santanyi... a must, many places worth seeing nearby: Cala Figuera, Cala d'Or... the bay of Llombards, the old town of Palma (lots of live music even without hustle and bustle)...

The fact that the vacation was incomparable was not only because of my wife :-)

Actually, I shouldn't have written anything and kept this great vacation domicile as my insider tip. Recommended for everyone (young and old) who likes to have it nicely.

A very beautiful vacation

TRAUMURLAUB

We would like to express our thanks to the landlords in this way. From the beginning, the contact was very friendly, emails were answered promptly, and on site, we were warmly welcomed by the property manager. The finca itself is a dream. Very tastefully furnished... which is not often experienced in holiday homes. The pool was always very well maintained and clean. As well as the rest of the house. By the way, each bedroom has its own bathroom including shower and toilet. Very convenient when traveling with friends. Since we spent three weeks there as a group of five, we wanted an intermediate cleaning. This was also not a problem. I would recommend having a car if you don't want to just have a beach holiday. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful bay of Cala Santani. It's great that various travel guides, books, and games are available in the villa. The only downside was two rainy days that didn't need to happen. We would love to come back in two years!

Wie im Paradies

We were here at the end of May with 6 people (3 couples) for 10 days. Communication with the landlord worked perfectly. In advance, we received a perfectly elaborated information letter with driving directions, tips, and excursion possibilities. The caretaker picked us up at the entrance to the village and drove us to the finca, which exceeded all expectations. We were greeted by a dreamily beautiful property with a very well-maintained pool, a wonderfully landscaped garden, and a large terrace with a brick barbecue and high-quality wooden garden furniture. Inside, the attention to detail was just as apparent. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. The kitchen and living area are tastefully furnished above average. Nearby is a small Spar supermarket with a bakery. You can reach the beautiful bay of Cala Santanyi either on foot or in 2 minutes by car. It is definitely worth visiting the neighboring town of Cala Figuera as well, where you can eat very well with a great view near the harbor. A car is definitely recommended, as the island is a paradise and has many attractions. There are some travel guides available on site for this. In the end, we are so delighted that we would love to come back and highly recommend this finca for a particularly beautiful vacation. Everything just fit perfectly. Many thanks to the kind landlord and the super-friendly and helpful manager.
