Location and surroundings of object
The southeast of the island is very varied and is depending on the season very different faces. Whether you have planned a very relaxing beach holiday, an active hiking, biker, or golf vacation ... you can choose.
The southeast of Majorca offers you almost everything. Santanyi is about half an hour from the airport of Palma and is an idyllic small town with about 7000 inhabitants. In the picturesque streets with their Mallorcan buildings every Wednesday around the cathedral and Saturdays a colorful market place. Gallery owners, artisans, interesting restaurants, cafes, bars, a well stocked supermarket and other shops attract visitors from all parts of the island under its spell.
Only 3 km from Santanyi is a romantic natural port of Cala Figuera, which you will also walk through a coastal path - can achieve - past rosemary and lavender bushes. This picturesque fishing village is one of the most beautiful places on the island.
Golf: You can use any golf course in Mallorca within 60 minutes reach.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne entspannte Woche in der sehr sauberen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Besonders genossen haben wir das Frühstück mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Angaben des Vermieters standen absolut mit den Gegebenheiten überein. Wir haben die Wohnung direkt ein weiteres Mal gebucht und auch unseren Freunden empfohlen.

Highly recommended!
We (2 adults and 2 daughters, 5 and 12 years) were completely thrilled with the flat! The view from the terrace is stunning; we could have stayed there all day.
The equipment is 1A, nothing was missing! Although... a dishwasher would have been the crowning glory (but the lack of it was known in advance, so...). Unfortunately, our little one got sick and we had to visit the doctor several times. But this was no problem thanks to the proximity to Santanyi (there is both a - nice - Spanish 24-hour emergency service and a German group practice).
We can highly recommend the flat!

Geschmackvolles Apartment
Wir haben zu fünft (meine Frau, unser 8 Monate alter Sohn, meine Schwiegereltern) schöne Tage in diesem geschmackvollen Apartment verbracht. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, zum Strand sind es wenige Gehminuten und das Meer ist vom Balkon aus zu sehen. Die Einrichtung bietet alles, was man braucht und mehr. Nur ein WLAN haben wir vermisst. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war spitze und sehr vorbildhaft. Als unerwartet und auch für den Vermieter nicht vorhersehbar eine Baustelle mit lauten Baufahrzeugen und Presslufthammer vor dem Balkon entstand, sorgte er umgehend und unkompliziert für eine Ausweichlösung und wir zogen in eine traumhafte Finca (527971) um.
Da das Apartment keine Wünsche offen lässt und die schnelle Reaktion des Vermieters uns positiv überrascht hat, sind 5 Sterne mehr als verdient.

geschmackvolles Apartment in wunderbarer Umgebung
schon beim Öffnen der Tür weiß man - hier werden wir uns wohlfühlen und jeden Tag genießen - das großzügig angelegte und sehr geschmackvoll und komplett
eingerichtete Apartment ist makellos in Ordnung und super gepflegt:
- 2 Schlafzimmer mit ausgezeichneten Betten, genügend Schrankraum, Safe,
- 2 schöne Badezimmer mit Duschen, reichlich Handtücher, Matten, Waschmaschine
- Küche super ausgestattet, mit schönem Geschirr und Gläsern, dazu eine
Flasche Rotwein als willkommen
- kleine Bibliothek, viel Infomaterial über Mallorca - abgesehen vom sehr ausführlichen Infobrief des Vermieters
- von der großen Terrasse täglich Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer,
um die Ecke der berühmte Felsbogen für den Sonnenuntergang
- kurz zum schönen Strand in der Cala, noch kürzer zum gepflegten Pool im Garten
- wunderbar ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse, genügend Parkplätze
- der schöne alte Ort Santanyi mit vielen interessanten Geschäften und Restaurants ist nur 10 Min mit dem Auto entfernt
- Straßen durchwegs gut und nach Palma nur 30 Min Fahrt
- guter Ausgangspunkt für Inselbesichtigungen - all die Calas und Portos
an der Südostküste und weiter bis zum Cap Formentor
- aber auch typische Orte wie Manacor und Sineu sind in kurzer Fahrt zu
erreichen - gute Märkte
Fazit: eigentlich ein Geheimtip - aber eben deshalb unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen!

- sehr schöne FeWo mit Terasse und Außenpool,
- die FeWo ist geräumig (2 Bäder), gepflegt und sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen
- nur ca. 150 m bis zum herrlichen Ausblick Es Pontas und ca. 200-300 m zum Strand in der Badebucht von Cala Santanyi
- Einkaufsmöglichkeit für den tägl. Bedarf in ca. 200 m Entfernung
Vom Vermieter erhielten wir sehr hilfreiche Tipps (zur Autovermietung, Wegebeschreibungen, Restaurants etc.)
Empfehlenswert ist ein Besuch des nahegelegenen Fischerortes Cala Figuera am späten Nachmittag, wenn die Fischerbote anlegen.(schön ist eine Wanderung entlang der Steilküste dorthin) Ein Besuch in Santanyi lohnt sich besonders zu den mittwochs und samstags stattfindenden Märkten.
Unsere schönsten Badebuchten waren Cala Llombards, Cala Mondrago und Caló des Moro.

Super Wohnung
Leider ist unser urlaub, nach 2 wochen vorbei, wir hätten gerne noch verlängert. Die wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles wie in der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Wir hatten mit unserren Söhnen (11J. und 15 J.) eine super Zeit und mein Mann will nicht mehr in ein Hotel, dank dieser Wohnung, dank diesem schönen Ort/ Bucht. Wir sind total erholt wieder heim gefahren!!! Zum Ausblick kann ich nur Wow sagen und wir kommen wieder, vielleicht schon nächstes Jahr, aber mit Sicherheit im 2 Jahresrythmus. So mögen wir Mallorca und Cala Santanyi !!!allerliebste grüße Monika &Fam.

Wohlfühl-Apartment!
Ich kann mich meinen Vorredenern/Vormietern nur anschliessen: Eine wirkliche Wohlfühlwohnung, die uns den Abschied (gestern!) sehr schwer gemacht hat. Super Urlaub dank toller Wohnung
Dies ist eine Premiere - noch nie haben wir eine Bewertung abgegeben. Aber dieses Feriendomizil verdient die Zeilen unbedingt. Wir haben unbeschwerte Urlaubstage in Cala Santanyi verbracht; dazu hat die Wohnung wesentlich beigetragen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet bietet sie alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Bei aller Funktionalität bleibt der gute Geschmack für ein schönes Ambiente nicht auf der Strecke und der atemberaubende Meerblick von der Terasse ist die absolute Krönung. Der immer saubere Pool und die gepflegte Gartenanlage sind weitere Pluspunkte dieser Wohnung. Aber natürlich tragen auch die persönlichen Kontakte zu einem schönen Urlaub angenehm bei. Sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit waren alle Kontakte mit unserem Vermieter und der Verwalterin vor Ort. An dieser Stelle nochmals: vielen Dank und gerne kommen wir immer wieder!
