There is also a large and well-maintained pool. Whether young or old - all find it great fun splashing and swimming.
Two chairs with umbrella are always reserved for you.
Nearby apartment complex there's also a small playground and 200m from a small savings market, which is open on weekends.

Location and surroundings of object
The southeast of the island is very varied and is depending on the season very different faces. Whether you have planned a very relaxing beach holiday, an active hiking, biker, or golf vacation ... you can choose.
The southeast of Majorca offers you almost everything. Santanyi is about half an hour from the airport of Palma and is an idyllic small town with about 7000 inhabitants. In the picturesque streets with their Mallorcan buildings every Wednesday around the cathedral and Saturdays a colorful market place. Gallery owners, artisans, interesting restaurants, cafes, bars, a well stocked supermarket and other shops attract visitors from all parts of the island under its spell.
Only 3 km from Santanyi is a romantic natural port of Cala Figuera, which you will also walk through a coastal path - can achieve - past rosemary and lavender bushes. This picturesque fishing village is one of the most beautiful places on the island.
Golf: You can use any golf course in Mallorca within 60 minutes reach.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
We spent a wonderful and relaxing week in the very clean and tastefully furnished holiday apartment. We especially enjoyed breakfast with a view of the sea. The information provided by the landlord matched the actual conditions perfectly. We booked the apartment again immediately and also recommended it to our friends.

Highly recommended!
We (2 adults and 2 daughters, 5 and 12 years) were completely thrilled with the flat! The view from the terrace is stunning; we could have stayed there all day.
The equipment is 1A, nothing was missing! Although... a dishwasher would have been the crowning glory (but the lack of it was known in advance, so...). Unfortunately, our little one got sick and we had to visit the doctor several times. But this was no problem thanks to the proximity to Santanyi (there is both a - nice - Spanish 24-hour emergency service and a German group practice).
We can highly recommend the flat!

Tasteful apartment in a prime location
We (my wife, our 8-month-old son, my in-laws) spent beautiful days in this tasteful apartment. We felt comfortable right away. The location is very quiet, a few minutes walk to the beach, and the sea can be seen from the balcony. The furnishings offer everything you need and more. We only missed having Wi-Fi. The care provided by the landlord was excellent and exemplary. As unexpectedly and also unforeseeably for the landlord a construction site with loud construction vehicles and jackhammers emerged in front of the balcony, he promptly and uncomplicatedly provided an alternative solution and we moved to a fantastic finca (527971).
Since the apartment leaves nothing to be desired and the quick response of the landlord has positively surprised us, 5 stars are more than deserved.

tasteful apartment in a wonderful environment
Already upon opening the door, you know - here we will feel comfortable and enjoy every day - the spacious and very tastefully and completely furnished apartment is immaculate and super well-maintained:
- 2 bedrooms with excellent beds, ample closet space, safe,
- 2 beautiful bathrooms with showers, plenty of towels, mats, washing machine,
- Kitchen superbly equipped with nice dishes and glasses, along with a
bottle of red wine as a welcome,
- Small library, lots of information about Mallorca - besides the very detailed information letter from the landlord,
- From the large terrace, daily sunrise over the sea, around the corner the famous rock arch for the sunset,
- Short walk to the beautiful beach in Cala, even shorter to the well-kept pool in the garden,
- Wonderfully quiet location at the end of a dead-end street, plenty of parking spots,
- The beautiful old town of Santanyi with many interesting shops and restaurants is only 10 minutes away by car,
- Roads are consistently good, and Palma is only a 30-minute drive away,
- A good starting point for island sightseeing - all the coves and ports
on the southeast coast and beyond to Cap Formentor,
- But also typical places such as Manacor and Sineu are easily
reachable in a short drive - good markets.
Conclusion: actually a hidden gem - but precisely why it is highly recommended!

carefree vacation
- Very nice apartment with terrace and outdoor pool,
- The apartment is spacious (2 bathrooms), well-maintained, and very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac,
- Only about 150 m to the magnificent view of Es Pontas and about 200-300 m to the beach in the bathing bay of Cala Santanyi,
- Shopping facilities for daily needs around 200 m away,
- The landlord provided us with very helpful tips (for car rental, directions, restaurants, etc.). A visit to the nearby fishing village of Cala Figuera is recommended in the late afternoon when the fishing boats come in. (A beautiful walk along the cliffs leads there) A visit to Santanyi is particularly worthwhile during the markets held on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Our most beautiful swimming coves were Cala Llombards, Cala Mondrago, and Caló des Moro.
