Description
The generous and modern Villa in a quiet relaxing location leaves nothing to be desired. The living area of ??180 sqm has a living and dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen with modern electrical appliances, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The separate breakfast area is located in the bright bay window with view on the lake. The beautiful private pool and terrace area is fully equipped with a screen to protect against insects and enables an outdoor-living until late at night. The terrace is partly roofed, so that you can enjoy both the sun and the shade at any time of day. Enjoy the quiet and the magnificent view on the lake.
The villa is located in the gated community Briarwood. Here you have a variety of sports and recreational activities two tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts or you can jog or wander around the numerous lakes, while your children have fun at the community's playground or in the large public pool.

The villa Lakeside is in the 24 hrs gated community Briarwood with lakes, walking and bike paths. From the terrace you have a wonderful view on the lake. Because of the southwest location you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the evening.
Tennis courts are also in the facility provided.
For the children is a playground provided.
The beach at the Naples Pier or the Lowdermilk Park is only about 10 minutes away by car. Shopping and restaurants are right next to the community.
The downtown Naples with the exclusive 5th Avenue is also reachable in 10-15 minutes by car. Here you can find the best restaurants where you can dine, depending your taste and wallet, in a pleasant atmosphere under the open sky.

Great robbery!
We were able to spend 2 carefree weeks in Villa Lakeside.
The house is excellently equipped. The cleanliness of the house was particularly noticeable.
The location is really top, it is in a gated community.
We especially liked the location on the lake.
You certainly spend most of your time outside. The pool deck is really nice and big and the pool is just fun.
If there is anything to complain about, it is that the fan in the terrace area could be a bit stronger, as the heat accumulates here.
However, this should not detract from the overall impression, hence 5 stars.

Very nice house in a quiet location
This beautifully furnished modern house is located in a very quiet area, not far from the main attractions in Naples. The pool terrace overlooks a lake, which is very relaxing. The house has everything you need. We definitely recommend this house. We had a great time and wanted for nothing. We would love to come back every time.

Beautiful holiday
Our second holiday in the Villa Lakeside. A well-maintained clean house, located in a quiet community, and an attentive and helpful on-site property management. We felt very comfortable here.

Schöne Villa
The villa is located in a residential area with a barrier and a guard. We were already registered, so access to the community was uncomplicated. There is no handover, you simply receive a code for entry. The villa is fully equipped and modern. Everything was very clean, with a refrigerator that has an ice maker. The only (small) drawback was an outdated music system that cannot be connected via WIFI or Bluetooth. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable. In the morning, the view over the small lake is very beautiful. Of course, one has to drive everywhere. In the evening, it is nice and calm. The rental process is straightforward and commendable.
