Description

The apartment is well maintained and is very quiet, near the forest. It has 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, each with bathroom en suite. The large living room with open kitchen you will find everything they need, from the dishwasher, on the microwave, the oven and crockery, cutlery, knives and pots in sufficient numbers. Stereo and satellite TV with international channels are also available. On the large terrace you can sunbathe without prying eyes of others, it is hard to see. At a large table, you can take your meals. Since the apartment has underfloor heating, it is also to use in winter.

Location and surroundings of object

The apartment is situated near the beautiful, original fishing port of Cala Figuera. Here you will find several bars and restaurants overlooking the sea and the bay. The nearby beaches of S'Amarador and Cala Mondrago can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The 6km away Santanyi invites you to stroll. There's supermarkets, bakeries, boutiques, a gas station and div. Cafes. Twice a week, takes place one of the most famous and biggest markets in the island here. Interesting is the village church in Santany with its famous organ. For Cala Santany, Cala Llombards and Cala Salmonia there are only a few kilometers. The dream beach 'Es Trenc' can be reached within 13 km. There is a possibility for surfing and sailing. For golfers we recommend Val d'Or, the nearby golf course.
The surrounding area is all year round perfect for hiking and cycling.

additional information about rental price:

The price for 2 persons and night is the year 90 euros because we have to heat our house in winter. For each additional person we charge 10 euros per night. For a stay of 2 weeks is carried out after a week an intermediate. The linen is changed, cleaned the bathrooms, vacuumed the floor and mopped. The always is a daily rate, intermediate at a two-week stay is free of charge. Towels, kitchen towels, beach towels and linens are included.

Apartment to feel good

A very nice, quietly located holiday flat with a large terrace. Cala Figuera can be reached on foot in 15 minutes via a beautiful path. We (2 couples) felt very comfortable and would like to come back.

Very, very nice holiday flat in a fine quiet location

We (2 persons) were there in August this year and felt very comfortable.
A beautiful flat with everything you need to be self-sufficient. Great view from the terrace
Good starting point for excursions, especially if you want to get to know the south-east of the island better and not to forget ----very nice, friendly and uncomplicated landlords.

Maybe we will see each other again soon....

Very nice, quiet holiday flat

My husband and I spent 10 very nice, relaxing days here.
Unfortunately, the weather was not so nice, so we could hardly use the great terrace. ?
But we really appreciated the underfloor heating and the German TV programme.?
From here you can make many beautiful (cliff) walks and afterwards stroll through Cala Figuera.
A car is an advantage.
The description of the apartment and the other reviews are very accurate.

An oasis of well-being!!!

After 3 months of Corona break, we stayed for 10 days in the beautiful flat Es Pi. Everything looks just as beautiful as in the pictures. A little dream furnished with great attention to detail by the owners. Everything was tip-top, spotlessly clean. We felt at home from the first moment in this spacious flat with a huge terrace. We were able to spend an all-round relaxed, peaceful holiday here, despite corona restrictions. There were no restrictions worth mentioning for us, we felt safe at all times. We will definitely come back again and again.

Perfect holiday apartment in a quiet top location

In all respects a very high-quality and well-maintained holiday apartment - kitchen equipment, bathrooms with more than sufficient hand and bath towels, beds, terrace. The landlords are very nice and helpful without being intrusive. Quiet location with the possibility to walk to the town in about 10-15 minutes. The path leads idyllically over stairs past coves and fishing boats. Good restaurants can be found in the town. Beaches are best reached by car in a few minutes. A car is essential. Santanyi can be reached in 10 minutes and Palma in 45 minutes.

Mallorca, where it is most beautiful.

We were in this beautiful holiday apartment for the fourth time. It is always a delightful experience to arrive there. We feel at home. No hotels, no hustle and bustle. From the terrace, the view extends into endless greenery. Especially in the evenings, this place is a soothing balm for the soul. 150 meters to the left along the road, you reach a small path with around 100 steps. Each step offers a new, breathtaking view of the idyllic fishing village of Cala Figuera. Arriving at the bottom, one walks directly along the water and can hardly get enough of the beauty of this place. A few restaurants at the end of the path leave nothing to be desired, and one sits there as if in paradise. The apartment is bright, modern, and very clean. The large terrace invites you to linger comfortably at any time of the day. The family renting out the property is very friendly and makes every guest feel warmly welcome. The booking process is smooth. It's just not easy to find an available date, as the apartment is very popular. So, don't hesitate too long. A visit to the most beautiful corner of Mallorca is definitely worth it.

Highest comfort in a wonderful location

In this holiday apartment, we feel at home. Nothing is missing, the kitchen is fully equipped, towels are more than necessary and even beach towels do not take up space in our suitcase as they are also provided. We travel with two children, now 6 and 13 years old. Highly recommended for families with young children, those who value cleanliness and full amenities. The luggage is already quite ample, so relaxation starts right from packing, as a holiday apartment awaits, welcoming its guests with everything they need. Additionally, there is a caring support on-site as the contact person for any situation. We enjoyed having lunch breaks and relaxing evenings on the huge terrace, always with the scent of pine trees in the air. Wonderfully peaceful, yet just a short 20-minute walk through the port of Cala Figuera to have a meal or drink there. With the children, an interesting walk, as there is always something to see - boats, fish, fishermen, nets, big and small boats, crabs... It is recommended to have a means of transport, without much beach gear, the surrounding coves can also be easily reached by bike. Excursions in the immediate vicinity are very diverse - nice places, markets, beaches - and those who like Palma can also drive there by car in about 40 minutes. We love to visit this great accommodation in one of the most beautiful corners of Mallorca again and again!

Our apartment is located on the first floor. We as a landlord to use the apartment floor, but do not live permanently in Mallorca. Therefore, you are supervised by Mrs. Dita Kotnourova. She is Czech, but speaks excellent German and Spanish and lives in our neighborhood. Upon arrival, they set on our house and gives you the keys and is also your contact if you need some. In a request, we always occur by phone with our guests in touch, give our full contact details and also when you are on holiday in our house for you on mobile phones reached.
