Description

The kitchen includes a well-equipped kitchenette with fridge / freezer, microwave, double sink, gas stove with electric. Lighter, toaster, Senseo and normal coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, hand mixer, etc.
Bright living room / bedroom with 4 windows with shutters and black out blind. The floor has a layer of cork.
Bathroom with bath and shower.
Lockable (5m²) for bikes, beach equipment etc. at the house and at the seating area.

The apartment is located in the rear part of Noordzeeparks. The lower apartment is not rented.
The park is located directly behind the dunes.
A restaurant with a snack, a supermarket (open from Easter to October), 2 tennis courts, a bowling green and table tennis belong to Noordzeepark.

In 5 minutes by bike to reach the center.

Location and surroundings of object

On the border of the provinces of South Holland and Zeeland is the cozy, spacious and quiet family seaside resort Ouddorp between the North Sea and Grevelingenmeer, in 2007 on the popular "Badplats" chosen in the Netherlands.

Ouddorp counts the region with the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands, a typical Dutch town with Tranquility.

In the old town, there are very good shops, nice boutiques, street cafes, two old mills and much more.

Tuesday there will be a convivial weekly market around the big old church around.

The stunning beaches of over 20 km in length have long been awarded the blue flag. The bank of 11,000 hectares of saline Grevelinger Sea and the Brouwersdamgebiet invite you to an active beach life.

Almost every imaginable sport beach and numerous water sports are possible.

Cycling, hiking and riding trails lead to stunning dunes and nature reserves, wide quiet beaches and colorful Blumenfeldern- havens for everyone seeking relaxation - along.

Ouddorp lends itself very well as a starting point for city trips such as north to Rotterdam, The Hague, Scheveningen, Amsterdam. And kind in western cities such as Brouwer Haven, Zierikzee, Veere, Middelburg, just to name a few.

Cozy little apartment

Such a beautiful little apartment, lovingly furnished and clean. We felt very comfortable. We were also thrilled with the kitchen, as everything you need for cooking on vacation is available. The location is quiet and perfect if you have bicycles. In 5 minutes you are at the beach or in the village. Highly recommended for a quiet vacation.

Beautiful vacation

We spent 14 wonderful, cozy, and relaxing days in your accommodation. We were very satisfied with everything. Except that we missed something to charge E-bikes. Anytime gladly again.

Small but very fine

Completely satisfied. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the beautiful garden due to the lack of sunshine. The small apartment contains everything you need. The kitchen is extremely spacious and equipped with everything. Lovely decorations make the holiday apartment feel like home. We would love to come back.

Very good !!

From booking to moving in, the contact with you was very friendly, uncomplicated, and accommodating. Pleasingly well-organized. The apartment is cozy and spotlessly clean. For self-caterers, it includes everything one needs in my opinion. I think it's great to have storage space for bicycles ?. The garden is well-maintained and inviting. It was a wonderfully relaxing week. Thank you very much!
P.S. The staircase to the apartment is very steep and requires increased concentration and ideally a free hand to go up and down safely.... ?
Nevertheless, I would love to come back ?.

great relaxation

a small attic apartment cozy for 2 people, the beach within walking distance, very well-kept and appealing outdoor area, tastefully designed possibility to sit outside in a small seating area. Supermarket and laundry room on the premises. Quiet atmosphere with a mix of tenants from young families to seniors; well-kept and beautiful holiday village with a mini pond, tennis courts, bike rental.

Beach vacation

For a beach vacation for two, the accommodation was just right. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Since there were also very warm days, it was good that a fan was available. The small sitting area in the garden is perfect for ending the evening with a glass of wine. There are plenty of shopping possibilities nearby and the beach is easy to reach on foot. We had a beautiful vacation time.

Relaxation at the expansive beach ;-)

Dear couple Herbst,
We felt very comfortable in your lovingly furnished holiday apartment! The tasteful details and the very well-maintained condition of the apartment contributed to our relaxation. Relaxing in the blooming garden was a must and the evening board game with a glass of wine in the cozy seating area was part of it. The walk through the holiday complex to the beach was also manageable with beach essentials. A wonderfully wide beach, healthy North Sea air, and delicious cuisine in the quaint village left nothing to be desired. A perfect place to explore the surroundings and relax. Definitely recommended!

The holiday apartment is equipped with everything necessary. There is a sunny outdoor seating area and for rainy days a TV and books above the entrance door. The contact with the landlords was uncomplicated and very nice. At this point, once again a heartfelt thank you! The staircase was at least a challenge for me, I recommend smaller luggage. Otherwise, I recovered very well and wish everyone who rents the apartment after me a wonderful holiday!

We really liked the apartment. Only the stairs to the top floor are not suitable for older people. Although you live very quietly at the end of the complex, a bike is recommended for getting bread.

quiet, beautiful flat, well equipped

The small but nice holiday flat is located in an absolutely quiet area, is very personally furnished and offers everything you need in terms of equipment. If you enjoy long walks, cycling tours and want to reach the beach on foot, you are in good hands here. Ouddorp itself offers everything for daily needs and beyond. Beautiful holiday with the bike

We just experienced our first (cycling) holiday in this wonderful region, with the special nature, the dignified houses and the omnipresent peace. With our bikes, we were in good hands in the Herbst family's holiday home - with its own bike room for guests. The small flat also offers everything that is needed. It is clean and tidy. In this house - with its special ambience - we immediately felt at home.

Beach holiday

We were in Ouddorp from 21.07.-28.07.2018 and had a lovely week with the Herbst family. The beautiful small holiday apartment is equipped with all kinds of things and we liked it a lot. With temperatures up to 35 degrees, a fan (which unfortunately is not available) would have been very helpful. But all in all, still a nice vacation, we would love to come back.

Cozy, quiet holiday apartment in a rural area.

My first vacation there, but not my last.

This was my first vacation in this "gem" lovingly furnished by the Herbst family, but certainly not my last. A small but fine apartment that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of cleanliness, layout, equipment, and location. A large kitchen equipped with everything you need. A bright daylight bathroom and a spacious bedroom with enough storage space. I was particularly impressed by the absolutely quiet location on the edge of the park (no through traffic). In just a few minutes, you can reach the beach or the town on foot or by bicycle (own storage room for tenants).

My special thanks go to the Herbst family, who have given this apartment its very special character. You immediately feel at home and not like in a vacation rental.

Very nice apartment for a great holiday!

Our vacation was only a few days, but we really liked the small cozy apartment! Even though we booked the apartment only 3 days before arrival, everything went smoothly, the landlady was very friendly and everything was done quickly! The location of the apartment is also great! It's only a 15-minute walk to the beach, and the local small supermarket is also not far. Otherwise, there are really nice excursion destinations nearby. We enjoyed our vacation there very much and can highly recommend the apartment!
