Description
The house is located only about 2.5 hours by car from the Ruhr area in the family-friendly North Sea Park - only a 10-minute walk from one of the most beautiful bathing beaches of the North Sea.
The garden behind the house is protected from view on all three sides by hedges and shrubs. Small children can thus also not easily escape. Furnishing:
The living room is connected to the open kitchen. In the living room (with parquet floor) there is a comfortable leather couch set as well as a TV (German SAT programme) and a DVD player (Blue-Ray). Through a large window front with sliding door you have a free view into the garden. The fireplace is fitted with glass panes.
The kitchen with its large dining table directly adjoins the living area. The kitchen is generously and modernly equipped. The kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator with 4* ice compartment, microwave, induction hob with extractor bonnet, modern oven, is structurally separated from the living room area by a raised sideboard.
The bedroom on the ground floor (with parquet flooring) is equipped with a double bed, a baby cot (70 x 140 cm), two bedside tables with lamps, two large wardrobes and an almost light-proof blind.
The bathroom is modern and has a large mirror as well as a shower, WC and towel radiator.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (one with TV), both of which have a wide window front and direct access to the approx. 20sqm roof terrace - with a beautiful view over the gardens.
The sauna for up to 4 persons invites you to relax.
Other: Many sockets are equipped with child safety locks. Running hot and cold water as well as natural gas central heating provide the necessary comfort. A children's high chair is available to our guests free of charge.
Coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers are available in the Nordseepark.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in North Sea Park Ouddorp, a traffic-calmed holiday park that offers shopping (Easter to October), two playgrounds, a football pitch, tennis courts, bicycle rental and a restaurant. The wonderful sandy beach of Ouddorps can be reached in 10 minutes on foot through the traffic-calmed park and along the dune paths. A trolley is available for our guests to transport children's toys.
The beach is one of the most beautiful on the North Sea coast. It has been awarded the blue flag several times for clean and well-kept beaches. On the beach directly in front of the North Sea Park, there is a Redding Brigade/Beachguard post and ensures the safety of bathers during the season.
There are numerous sporting opportunities in the area: swimming, cycling, sailing, surfing, kiting, beach sailing, horse riding, tennis, golf.
Ouddorp is located about 30 minutes by car south-west of Rotterdam in South Holland on Goeree-Overflakkee, the northernmost of the Zeeland islands with its mild and sunny climate far above average. Kilometres of sandy beaches and nature reserves characterise the north of the island.
The town centre of Ouddorp can be reached from the holiday home by bicycle in a good 10 minutes. There you will find shops (a large supermarket) and good restaurants in all price ranges. A little further away is the historic and listed town of Goedereede, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll through its narrow streets.
The library in Ouddorp offers cheap and fast internet access.

Everything's great
Small house with a small garden. Very well equipped, everything wonderfully maintained and very clean. Very nice and uncomplicated contact with the landlords, we received many great tips for our vacation. Thank you very much for everything.

Very beautiful, spacious holiday home with rich equipment. Great location, very close to the beach. Super cycling and hiking trails. Very nice and competent landlords.

Ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub
We spent some very nice days in this house from 25.06.-30.06.2019. The landlord handed over the house to us in good condition. All appliances were working and could be fully utilized. With a quiet outdoor area behind the house and a terrace on the first floor, there was plenty of space to relax. We will come back. Thank you for that.

Holiday home only cleaned superficially, had been vacant for a long time
Our holiday home has a great location. You can reach the beach in a few minutes and have all leisure activities right at your doorstep. When we opened the holiday home, a urine smell and old stale air greeted us. The next "surprise" was in the kitchen. There were food leftovers in the drawers, the oven was disgustingly dirty. The worst was the refrigerator: black mold in all compartments and the surfaces were still dirty from food residues. As the house stood empty for a while, there were cobwebs and spiders in every corner. All in all - the house has a great location, a sauna. However, it needs some upkeep. The living room is a bit shabby. Dirty carpets are laid in all rooms, the curtains and blinds are dirty and full of dust.
