Description
Our holiday home is located in a holiday home settlement on the edge of an old fishing village. It offers approx. 45 sqm living space for max. 3 adults and 1 child. The house has a cosy living room with pull-out couch, a kitchen, bathroom/WC and on the upper floor (open staircase) a bedroom with double bed and a cot. The kitchen is fully equipped, coffee machine, kettle, toaster are available. Outside you will find a large terrace with seating furniture and 2 sun loungers, a beautiful garden of approx. 500 sqm, as well as our rustic barrel sauna. In the garden there is a barbecue corner equipped with a smoker. Conjure up the most beautiful barbecue dishes or simply smoke your own fish. It doesn't get any fresher than this.
Dogs (max. 2) are welcome!

Location and surroundings of object
A cycling path runs directly along the house, which also invites you to inline skate in almost untouched nature. This path goes partly directly along the water and opens up a view of the beautiful flora and fauna of the national park. After about 2 km you will reach a small bathing area that invites you to cool off.
In spring and autumn, thousands of cranes can be observed directly from the house, which is a fantastic natural spectacle. This holiday home is ideal to escape the stress of everyday life and to enjoy all the advantages that the location at the national park brings with it.
Holiday fun in summer, you have many possibilities to experience a great holiday. You can enjoy long walks and great sunsets in and around the village, or explore the Fischland-Darß peninsula with its kilometres of dream beaches on the Baltic Sea after a short drive. Germany's largest island, Rügen, is also within easy reach by car. Stralsund with its historic old town and many sights is also worth a visit. Whether tanning on the beach or exploring the picturesque area. It's your choice. And in the autumn, take long walks along the water or simply enjoy the fantastic location at the national park. Trips to Zingst and walks by the sea are also extremely appealing. Or let yourself be pampered with a wellness day in the Hansedom (Stralsund/World Heritage Site). You will feel as if you have been reborn and will forget the stress of everyday life. That's a promise!

| Arrival and departure only possible on Saturdays or Sundays. Minimum stay 6 days. All prices are per day and object for a maximum occupancy of 4 persons (3 adults, 1 child). Heating, electricity, water and 1 x bed linen per person and stay is included. It is possible to bring up to 2 dogs, please indicate when booking. Fee per dog and day: 5 € Fee for sauna use: 20 € per stay (fee to be paid on site) A car parking space is located on the property. There is no visitor's tax. |

Dear guests, book without concern: In the event of a travel warning, designation as a risk area, a ban on accommodation, or a perimeter lockdown for your county or the county of my vacation property for your booking period, I offer you a free cancellation of your booking!

In case of cancellation of the holiday home up to 60 days before arrival, 100 % of the rental amount will be refunded.
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, I charge a cancellation fee in the amount of the deposit
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, I charge a cancellation fee of 50 % of the total amount
After that I will charge the full amount if I cannot rent the holiday home in the period you have booked
If a replacement tenant can be found, the rental amount already paid will be refunded to you in full.
Of course, you can also name a substitute tenant.
If you do not want to take any risk, I recommend taking out travel cancellation/interruption insurance.

Sunny nest away from all hustle and bustle
Beautiful little house surrounded by a large, well-maintained garden. Very large sauna. Completely quiet location right by the reed belt of the lagoon. Very well equipped. The small house offers plenty of space to enjoy your day.

Escape from everyday life
The Finnhaus on the Bodden in Kinnbackenhagen ... discovered through Anne Töpfer's novel "The Blackberry Room"! A beautiful bright lovingly designed property, in the house 1a cleanliness, from espresso spoons to bread slicer everything available. Totally cosy and well thought out. Also the bed, the mattresses ... we slept wonderfully in it. During the day we explored the surroundings and in the evening we went to the barrel sauna to relax (the little light in front of the sauna door may shine a little brighter for this time of year) The daily flight of the cranes will always remain in our memory, fantastic!!!! The Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft is an idyllic place to relax, to escape from everyday life, to experience and enjoy together
We were able to experience autumn, and we are looking forward to a summer in Kinnbackenhagen.
A big thank you to Mrs Neumann who gave us a great welcome and introduction.

Top cottage
We can only recommend the Finnhaus am Bodden. Top location, very quiet and clean, well-maintained property, fenced in. Ideal for dog owners. Our two girls felt very comfortable.
The landlady Mrs Mündörfer was very nice on the phone. Everything went very well. From booking to departure, everything was very perfect. Mrs Neumann, the woman on site, was also very helpful and explained everything to us on arrival. We can only recommend this small but very fine cottage on the Bodden. The peace and quiet there is really great. Thanks again to Mrs Mündörfer and Mrs Neumann.

Wunderschön
This Finnish cottage is very cozy and lovingly furnished, with everything you need. We, 2 adults, a 16-year-old daughter, and a small dog, felt very comfortable. Cranes were not visible at this time, but herons were walking around the street. The nature is fantastic and ideal for escaping everyday life in the big city. There is always a very friendly contact person on site, who is also responsible for handing over the keys. Everything worked out great. We can wholeheartedly recommend this Finnish log cabin!

Baltic Sea! Once a dream, now it has become reality. Although we both still work full-time and come from southern Germany, my husband and I spend our free time at the Baltic Sea as often as possible. We enjoy the unique nature and tranquillity of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft at any time of the year, and are always pleased when our guests also have fond memories of this beautiful spot.
