Description
Our holiday home is located in a holiday home settlement on the edge of an old fishing village. It offers approx. 45 sqm living space for max. 3 adults and 1 child. The house has a cosy living room with pull-out couch, a kitchen, bathroom/WC and on the upper floor (open staircase) a bedroom with double bed and a cot. The kitchen is fully equipped, coffee machine, kettle, toaster are available. Outside you will find a large terrace with seating furniture and 2 sun loungers, a beautiful garden of approx. 500 sqm, as well as our rustic barrel sauna. In the garden there is a barbecue corner equipped with a smoker. Conjure up the most beautiful barbecue dishes or simply smoke your own fish. It doesn't get any fresher than this.
Dogs (max. 2) are welcome!

Location and surroundings of object
A cycling path runs directly along the house, which also invites you to inline skate in almost untouched nature. This path goes partly directly along the water and opens up a view of the beautiful flora and fauna of the national park. After about 2 km you will reach a small bathing area that invites you to cool off.
In spring and autumn, thousands of cranes can be observed directly from the house, which is a fantastic natural spectacle. This holiday home is ideal to escape the stress of everyday life and to enjoy all the advantages that the location at the national park brings with it.
Holiday fun in summer, you have many possibilities to experience a great holiday. You can enjoy long walks and great sunsets in and around the village, or explore the Fischland-Darß peninsula with its kilometres of dream beaches on the Baltic Sea after a short drive. Germany's largest island, Rügen, is also within easy reach by car. Stralsund with its historic old town and many sights is also worth a visit. Whether tanning on the beach or exploring the picturesque area. It's your choice. And in the autumn, take long walks along the water or simply enjoy the fantastic location at the national park. Trips to Zingst and walks by the sea are also extremely appealing. Or let yourself be pampered with a wellness day in the Hansedom (Stralsund/World Heritage Site). You will feel as if you have been reborn and will forget the stress of everyday life. That's a promise!

Escape from everyday life
The Finnhaus on the Bodden in Kinnbackenhagen ... discovered through Anne Töpfer's novel "The Blackberry Room"! A beautiful bright lovingly designed property, in the house 1a cleanliness, from espresso spoons to bread slicer everything available. Totally cosy and well thought out. Also the bed, the mattresses ... we slept wonderfully in it. During the day we explored the surroundings and in the evening we went to the barrel sauna to relax (the little light in front of the sauna door may shine a little brighter for this time of year) The daily flight of the cranes will always remain in our memory, fantastic!!!! The Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft is an idyllic place to relax, to escape from everyday life, to experience and enjoy together
We were able to experience autumn, and we are looking forward to a summer in Kinnbackenhagen.
A big thank you to Mrs Neumann who gave us a great welcome and introduction.

Top cottage
We can only recommend the Finnhaus am Bodden. Top location, very quiet and clean, well-maintained property, fenced in. Ideal for dog owners. Our two girls felt very comfortable.
The landlady Mrs Mündörfer was very nice on the phone. Everything went very well. From booking to departure, everything was very perfect. Mrs Neumann, the woman on site, was also very helpful and explained everything to us on arrival. We can only recommend this small but very fine cottage on the Bodden. The peace and quiet there is really great. Thanks again to Mrs Mündörfer and Mrs Neumann.

Wunderschön
Dieses Finnhaus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht.
Wir, 2 Erwachsene, eine 16 jährige Tochter und ein kleiner Hund, haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Kraniche waren zu dieser Zeit nicht zu sehen, dafür liefen die Fischreiher auf der Straße rum. Die Natur ist fantastisch und ideal, um dem Alltag in der Großstadt zu entfliehen.
Vor Ort ist zu jeder Zeit eine sehr freundliche Ansprechpartnerin, die auch für die Schlüsselübergabe verantwortlich ist. Hat alles super geklappt.
Dieses Finnhaus können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Pure Crane Holiday
A very beautiful week in the Finnhaus on the Bodden unfortunately passed far too quickly. The call of the cranes
the cranes' call was a natural spectacle for us every morning, as you can watch them directly from the terrace - right on time at the first sunrise they flew directly over us - what more could you want? In the Finnhaus itself you will immediately find everything you need - everything was very well thought out - in short, there was nothing that wasn't missing, from information to your own barbecue. The terrace is spacious and modern - you could easily fall asleep in the evening and listen to the cranes' wake-up call in the morning - we can only recommend this Finnhaus to everyone.

Fantastically quiet, an idyll of nature
We, two city dwellers, spent our holiday in Kinnbackenhagen in the "Finnhaus am Bodden". We were overwhelmed by the peace and quiet and the landscape. Pure idyll! The cottage is lovingly and comfortably furnished, with everything you need. The beds and mattresses are great, we slept like heaven. The highlight is of course the outdoor sauna, which we used extensively. The handover of the keys went smoothly and the on-site service was excellent. Unfortunately, we had to leave after 1 week, but we have firmly resolved to come back next year in October, when the cranes are here. We give this holiday home 5 out of 5 possible points!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Und schon wieder haben wir unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht.
Das Grundstück war wie immer gut gepflegt und auch im Haus war alles sauber und gemütlich.
Die neue Fasssauna hat uns bei schlechtem Wetter beste Dienste geleistet.
Rundum ein toller Urlaub.
Wir haben die außerordentliche Lage sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

Paradiesisch ruhig und sehr erholsam
Wir (2 Erwachsene,1 Hund) hatten einen rundum herrlich schönen Urlaub. Das gemütliche, liebevoll eingerichtete Finnhaus mit der tollen Faßsauna, können wir nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Die Natur und die Ruhe in dieser Gegend ist einzigartig. Wir konnten die ganze Zeit über Kraniche beobachten und sogar ein Seeadler flog einmal über das Grundstück.
Wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Urlaub in Ruhe und Natur
Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub trotz Regenwetter, denn das Haus war super kuschlig warm und auch die Sauna hat uns nach den langen Waldspaziergängen wieder ordentlich durchgewärmt. Alles ist durchdacht und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein Urlaub mit Familie und Hund nach unserem Geschmack. Eine Vielfalt an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in Stralsund vorhanden.

Urlaub mit Hund
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Ihrem wirklich süßen Häuschen. Alles ist Top gepflegt und organisiert gewesen (sei es vorab oder vor Ort). Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir hatten wundervolle zwei Wochen. Wir und unsere Hündin haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und das Wetter war herrlich. Sehr zu empfehlen wenn ein ruhiger Ort zum erholen gewünscht ist. Aber ein Auto ist ein muss auf dem Land.

Ruhig, idyllisch und Natur pur
Das voll ausgestattete und sehr gemütliche Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Ostsee-Radweg. Die Umgebung mit den ausgedehnten Spazierwegen an der Boddenküste lädt zum Entspannen ein. Ganz wunderbar ist auch die Möglichkeit, die Kraniche zu beobachten. Ihre Flugroute geht oftmals direkt über das Haus. Stralsund, Rügen, Barth und der Darß sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, so dass auch unsere Badefreude nicht zu kurz kam. Der Vermieter hat dafür gesorgt, dass vor Ort jemand für die Schlüsselübergabe und Fragen da ist. Es war einfach herrlich entspannend. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
