Enjoy the incomparable atmosphere of living under the thatched roof in this exclusive holiday home with a traditional appearance. The holiday home consists of HH Daniela 1 and HH Daniela 2 and is located on a 5000 m² plot with a view of the idyllic salt marshes of Prerow in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village only a 2-minute walk from the harbour and the Prerow Stream. The beach can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by bike.
The centre of the village with its shops, restaurants, cafés etc. can be reached in about 10-15 minutes
The nearest restaurant is only about 200 m away. Prerow is a picturesque place on the Darß directly on the long white north sand beach and in the national park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft. The up to 80-metre wide, fine-sand and stone-free beach of Prerow Bay is very suitable for children. A beach promenade with shops, restaurants and ice cream parlours leads to the beach. The approximately 400-metre-long Prerow pier is one of the longest in the Baltic Sea
The Darß is a paradise for nature lovers, hikers and cyclists
From Prerow through the Darß primeval forest (47 km² forest area) you can reach the west beach by bike in about 30 minutes. No beach chair. Only the vastness of the sea, a fine white sandy beach 13 km long and a beautiful natural wilderness.

Cancellation by the tenant and replacement participants The tenant has the right to cancel at any time before the trip begins. The cancellation must be made in writing and becomes effective upon receipt by the intermediary. In the event of a cancellation or non-commencement of the booking for reasons that are not the fault of the landlord, the intermediary can demand reasonable compensation for the expenses incurred. Normally unrecoverable expenses (e.g., final cleaning or local tourist tax) are considered. The following standardized costs apply as a cancellation fee in favor of the landlord or intermediary: - up to 150 days before the start of the rental: processing fee / cancellation fee of 70 EUR incl. VAT - 149 days to 90 days before the start of the rental: amount of the deposit - 89 days to 1 day before the start of the rental: 90% of the overnight price - on the day of the rental commencement or if the rental is not started: 100% of the overnight price - An additional processing fee / cancellation fee of 70 EUR incl. VAT is charged for each cancellation. - In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price. - The aforementioned cancellation fees are due immediately and can be offset against the deposit paid. - We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

It was beautiful, we laughed
Very beautiful, well-equipped, clean holiday home.
Behind the house, there is a large garden with a terrace, perfect for our children to romp and play.
The apartment is nicely quiet slightly outside the town center, but the city center and the beach are easily accessible on foot (about 20 minutes) or by bike (about 10 minutes).
There are many great opportunities for lovely activities (beach, museums, boat tours on the lagoon, bike tours...).
We will gladly come back.

It was perfect!
Our vacation was wonderful and the holiday home "Daniela 2" has contributed significantly to it. The house includes everything you need and also has a huge garden with a barbecue area. So we will definitely come back and will recommend you. Thank you for the lovely vacation.

Pure relaxation, beautiful accommodation !!!!
This cottage has everything you need. Fully equipped with a fireplace, sauna !!!!, great terrace facing the forest (protected). The surrounding area offers everything you need. Beach for walks, restaurants, shopping opportunities. I can only recommend this accommodation to everyone. We will be happy to come back :)

Kleiner Wochenendtrip
The houses are beautiful and have a modern interior. There are plenty of shopping opportunities and also no shortage of restaurants in the area. I can only recommend the houses and they are also highly recommended for families with children, as there is a lovely garden behind the house.
