Haus Eisvogel was completed in spring 2010. This exclusive holiday home is characterised by its natural thatched roof and offers you pure relaxation on more than 100 m².
A fully equipped, spacious kitchen awaits you on the ground floor, which blends harmoniously into the living space.
The light-flooded room invites you to linger and is a gathering place for the whole family.
The fireplace and underfloor heating are an additional guarantee for cosy evenings.
On the ground floor you will also find a high-quality bathroom with integrated underfloor heating.
The upper floor offers two cosy bedrooms under thatch and a lounge area that invites you to relax.
The overall picture is rounded off by a modern bathroom.
To complete the ensemble, you will find a further sleeping accommodation in the attic along with a cosy sitting area.
The house has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and much more.
So all in all, it's ideal if you currently work from HOME OFFICE!

Haus Eisvogel is in a quiet location directly on the Bodden and only a few minutes away from the white Baltic Sea beach.
Pure relaxation!
In 2010, the Baltic seaside resort of Prerow, a former fishing and seafaring village, already looks back on 130 years of tradition as a seaside resort.
Framed by the National Park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft with the unspoilt Darßwald forest, Prerow stretches along the Baltic Sea.
The white, fine sandy and gently sloping beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe and offers young and old relaxing bathing pleasure on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula.
For many years, the Baltic resort of Prerow has been awarded the European Community's environmental symbol of the "Blue Flag".
The 395-metre-long pier and the Darßer Ort lighthouse are considered Prerow's landmarks and, together with the Prerow Stream, give the resort its unmistakable character.

Wohnen mit drei Personen im Haus Eisvogel
Wir haben uns mit drei Erwachsenen im Haus "Eisvogel" sehr wohl gefühlt, - nachdem wir die Heizung in Betrieb nehmen konnten. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Dies gilt u.a. für den Strandkorb und die gesamte Terrasse, die wir allerdings angesichts unser zahlreichen Ausflüge an den Strand und die umliegenden Orte kaum genutzt haben. Der Standort des Hauses in Prerow ist ideal für Ausflüge an den Strand, in den Ort und die nahegelegen Orte wie Wieck, Ahrenshoop, Zingst oder auch Barth. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, das Haus noch einmal für einige Zeit als Urlaubsquartier zu mieten.
Die Einrichtung fanden wir eigentlich gelungen, allerdings stehen die ansprechenden, großformatigen Acrybilder und die „Große Welle“ von Kanagava in einem merkwürdigen Kontrast zu den zahlreichen delfter Tellern. Aber so etwas ist ja Geschmackssache und mag auch mit persönlichen Erinnerungen der Vermieter verbunden sein. Für Kaminofenfreunde würden wir empfehlen, den schönen Teppich etwas weiter vom Ofen weg zu ziehen, da dieser bei Benutzung u.U. beschädigt werden könnte. Die an sich gemütlich Sitzecke der ersten Etage ließe sich sicherlich gestalterisch noch optimieren (siehe „elfter Kacheln“).

Ostsee Urlaub Prerow
Haus Eisvogel ist sehr zu empfehlen! Eine tolle Lage direkt am Bodden und auch zum Strand ist es mit dem Fahrrad nicht weit. (ca. 2 Km)
Die Häuser im Krabbenort liegen sehr schön ruhig gelegen in einer Spielstraße. Ideal für Familien.
Das Haus ist top ausgestattet. Und genug Platz bietet es ebenfalls für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
Bei der Grundreinigung des Hauses ist noch Luft nach oben. Dies wäre mal wieder fällig!
Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in super Ostseelage! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Haus Eisvogel - alles den Wünschen entsprechend, Strandnähe war mit 500m nicht entsprechend geschrieben…
Sehr gutes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung ??Und gutem Service, nachdem defekte Teile im Haus vorgefunden worden, war sofort in den nächsten Tagen jemand da und hat Neues gebracht ??Super

Recreation at the Baltic Sea
The spacious, clean holiday home is located near the harbour, a bathing beach can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. The equipment offers everything it needs, the furnishings are cosy and modern. It should be noted that there are some stairs to negotiate, if you are bad on foot, it might be important to know.
The organisation/communication could be a bit more rounded, but any problems were solved very quickly and friendly! Conclusion: We felt comfortable and would gladly spend our holiday there again.

Winterurlaub
Die Ostsee ist in 500 Metern zu erreichen. Darß und Zingst am Wasser entlang erwandern ist sehr schön.Ruhe und Erholung im Winter auch garantiert und wir hatten Glück mit Schnee an Heiligabend ??Schönes Haus ,viel Platz und gut eingerichtet

Super Ferienhaus, wundervoller Urlaub
Ein wunderschönes eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist ok, man kann das Zentrum und den Strand gut erreichen, auch ein Bäcker ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Den Jahresausklang in diesem schönen Haus verbracht!
Es hat uns sehr gefallen.Die Sauberkeit und die Einrichtung haben uns sehr gefallen. Der fehlende Internetanschluß müßte bald angelegt werden. .Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Wir haben schöne Tage verbracht.

Great holiday home
We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in the orange house. We wanted for nothing and will definitely come back. Especially the beautiful and lovely furnishing of the house and the central location to the beach, centre and harbour let us enjoy our holiday to the fullest. We felt very comfortable!

Wir hatten die Möglichkeit ein langes Wochenende in dem sehr schönen Haus zu wohnen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Randlage von Prerow ist auch o.k., da der Bäcker ohne Probleme zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.

Kurztrip
Ein wirklich bezauberndes Feriendomizil, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Betten luden zum Durchschlafen auf hervorragenden Matratzen ein und auch ansonsten gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Ein durch und durch gelungener Kurztrip. Wir kommen gerne wieder
