Location and surroundings of object
The distance to the north beach is 1.5 km. In only about 300 m you can reach the National Park Darßer Wald,
to experience the unique nature and its light spectacles at dusk. The centre of Prerow can be reached by bike in 5 minutes.
From the holiday flat through the Darßer Urwald (47 km² forest area) you can reach the west beach by bike in about 30 min. A fine white sandy beach 13 km long with beautiful natural wilderness.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation by the Tenant and Substitute Participants The tenant has the right to cancel at any time before the start of the trip. The cancellation must be made in writing and becomes effective upon receipt by the intermediary. In the event of cancellation or non-commencement of the booking for reasons not attributable to the landlord, the intermediary may request reasonable compensation for the expenses incurred. In doing so, the usual expenses not incurred (e.g., final cleaning or tourist tax) are taken into account. The following standardized costs apply as cancellation fees in favor of the landlord or the intermediary: - Up to 150 days before the start of the rental: processing fee/cancellation fee of 70 EUR incl. VAT - 149 days to 90 days before the start of the rental: amount of the deposit - 89 days to 1 day before the start of the rental: 90% of the overnight price - On the day of rental commencement or if the rental is not started: 100% of the overnight price - For each cancellation, an additional processing fee/cancellation fee of 70 EUR incl. VAT is charged. - In case of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price. - The aforementioned cancellation fees are due immediately and can be offset against the deposit made. - We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Relaxing vacation with minor restrictions.
Very well-equipped clean holiday apartment. Unfortunately, the apartment is very noisy, you can hear every step from the upper apartment. Sun loungers are missing.

Super nice flat for a nice holiday
Very nice, comfortably furnished holiday flat. Very clean! Half a point deduction for the lack of a washing machine, which is needed at some point during a family holiday with a small child. But there is a launderette in the complex, so it is not so dramatic
Very nice surroundings, directly behind the flat is a large meadow, perfect for children to run around. There is also a barbecue area
There are many excursion destinations in the area, which are also very suitable for children. The beach can be reached on foot (approx. 20 minutes) or by bike.
