Description
The well-kept Tuscan villa located on a hill in the middle of Chianti, near the medieval village of Castel Fiorentino, with lovely panoramic views of the surrounding Oliver groves and vineyards.
The two-story property offers 210 m² space for up to 12 people in 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
On the ground floor leads from the entrance hall into the bright spacious living room with comfortable seating, fireplace, flat screen TV with international programs, DVD player and a large dining table for 10 people. Adjacent is a small library with international literature and a stereo.
The characteristic villa kitchen is well equipped with a central wooden table, with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge with 2 freezers, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave etc. From the kitchen you have direct access to the garden and to the covered terrace to here take meals outdoors.
There is also on this level is a double bedroom (the beds can be separated) and a bathroom with shower.
In the economic area the guests have a washing machine, a clothes horse, iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner are available.
The ground floor is suitable largely barrier-free for wheelchair users.
A stone staircase leads to the upper floor in a bright hallway with large picture windows with stunning views of landscaped grounds and the pool.
On one side there are two double rooms (one can see the beds separated) and a bathroom with tub. On the other side there are two further double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
In a double room, a single bed can be placed.
All rooms (EC and 1st floor) feature a fan and all windows have fly screens.
Pets are welcome on request.
The landscaped, fenced garden with numerous Mediterranean flowers and trees there are on the lawns play areas for children with trampoline, slide, table football and a play house, also a barbecue for outdoor dining.
The pool area (10 x 5 m; m deep) with outdoor shower and its sunbeds, deckchairs and parasols offers plenty of private atmosphere and invites you to relax and unwind.
Before Villa is sufficient parking for 4-5 cars.
The road to the villa is paved, only the last kilometer is unpaved but easily passable.
The entrance to the property is secured by an electric gate.

The property is located only 30 km from Florence and is an ideal starting point for excursions to the beautiful old towns nearby such as Florence, Certaldo, birthplace of Boccaccio, Vinci, here Leonardo was born, San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra and Pisa.
The nearest village with shops is 3 km, the nearest restaurant can be reached on foot in just 800 meters. For excursions in the area by public transport buses and trains are available in Castelfiorentino.
The opportunities for sporting activities such as tennis, golf and horseback riding are available in the vicinity. The nearest thermal bath you drive just 10 km, the sea is 50 km away.

Family holiday in beautiful villa with great views
The beautiful and very nicely designed villa is perfect for a family holiday.
The kitchen is very well equipped and lends itself to cooking yourself.
Nevertheless, you should definitely try the delicious Tuscan menu from Maria and her family. - It was a great evening! Thank you.
