Only a few kilometers away from the well-known Tuscan cultural cities of Florence, Pisa, and Lucca, the country house is located at the foot of the small village of Montecarlo (LU), known for its good wines.
The holiday home belongs to a farm that produces, among other things, its own wine, oil, and honey.
Pets are welcome on request; please be sure to specify when booking. The property is especially child-friendly and well-suited for weddings and family celebrations for 20 people (indoors) or 50 people (outdoors).
Interior
In the two-story villa, guests have plenty of space with 120 m² of living area for a maximum of 6 adults and two children. They are accommodated in 3 spacious bedrooms (2 double rooms and 1 twin room), tastefully furnished in a classic style.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with a shower. From the large farmhouse kitchen equipped with all modern comforts, one can enter the open living area with its comfortable seating on one side, and on the other side, guests have direct access from here to the shaded terrace to enjoy meals outdoors at the large table.
The holiday house is relatively cool even in the height of summer, but there is also a fan in every room.
Outdoor area
The property is fenced and offers guests a well-kept garden of 2000 m². In this area is the pool area, also secured by a gate, in a beautiful panoramic location. The swimming pool (4 x 10m; 1.4m to 1.6m deep), equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers, and sun umbrellas, invites you to relax and unwind, and the beautiful night lighting creates a romantic atmosphere in the evening hours.
Near the pool, in the shade of the mighty trees, guests can enjoy their meals, which they have prepared themselves on the grill or in the pizza oven. A playground with a slide, swing, playhouse, and more provides entertainment for the youngest guests.
Children can also visit the animals at the neighboring farm. There are dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, pigs, and a donkey.
Guests have access to a garage space and an open parking lot. The access road is paved and can be used by all types of vehicles. The entrance to the property is secured by an electric gate that is operated with a remote control.

The villa is located in the heart of Tuscany, one of the most beautiful squares in Europe.
It is an ideal base for day trips to the nearby art cities like Lucca, Pistoia, Florence and Pisa.
The wide beaches of Versilia are virtually on the doorstep.
Highly recommended is a visit of Montecatini Terme or a hike in the Cinque Terre, which are easily reached by train.
The villa is 3 km from the nearest village with its usual services that you can Walk on foot. Next Pizzeria emits no more than 200 meters to the nearest supermarket 900 meters.
For excursions in the area by public transport buses and trains are available.
The opportunities for sporting activities such as tennis, golf, miniature golf and horseback riding are available in the vicinity. The nearest thermal bath you drive 17 km to the beaches of Versilia just 40 km.

It was very beautiful.
We spent ten wonderful days in this dreamlike accommodation with two adults, a toddler, and a large dog – and can recommend it without reservation!
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Claudia – local specialties were waiting for us in the fridge: wine, eggs from her own farm, homemade olive oil, vegetables, cold cuts, and bread. The accommodation itself is very clean, well-maintained, and more beautiful than the pictures suggest. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, we had more than enough space. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, the beds were comfortable, and a crib and high chair were provided for our son.
It was also ideal for our Labrador: the cool apartment with stone floors, a fenced garden to romp in (overlooking the property's own donkey), and direct walking routes among olive trees – perfect. Only the pool was too tempting for him, so we had to be a little careful?
A highlight was the wonderfully large, clean pool with plenty of loungers – we used it daily. In the evenings, we enjoyed the tranquility on the terrace, often accompanied by fireflies.
Claudia was always reachable, discreet, helpful, and simply a wonderful host. In the area, we found everything you need: supermarkets (PAM, Esselunga), restaurants (our favorite: Civico 31), as well as great excursion destinations – Lucca (20 min.), Montecarlo, Pisa, Volterra, Siena, and our favorite beach Marina di Vecchiano (40 min.).
This accommodation is ideal for families, nature lovers, and dog owners – or simply for anyone looking for peace, hospitality, and genuine Tuscan flair. Thank you, Claudia – we would love to come back!

Beautiful accommodation in Tuscany
A beautiful, clean house with a very clean pool and a very well-kept property near the worth seeing cities Lucca, Pisa, Florence
The disadvantage of the very hot weather was that the house was not air-conditioned and the fans did not really help much. Unfortunately, you can't reach anything on foot
Adjacent to the house is the farm of the owners and on arrival we were pleased to find several products, such as vegetables, potatoes, eggs, olive oil, etc.
The animals living on the farm, such as donkeys, chickens, etc., are advertised on the internet. Unfortunately, the farm dog has a very dreary existence exclusively in his kennel and the numerous birds in the aviaries adjacent to the kennel as well; very, very sad for a German animal lover. The landlords were very friendly and accommodating and on the first evening there was a "pizza party" with very tasty pizzas, which were prepared in the house's own stone oven.
All in all, it was a lovely holiday. The surroundings are ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, less ideal for those who like to party. The distances are ideal for culture lovers to explore the important cities of Tuscany.
