The Hein holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of the old Greetsiel Sieltief, surrounded by original East Frisian small houses. The popular holiday resort of Greetsiel is only about 3.5 km away. Haus Hein was completed in August 2015 and offers you a lot of comfort

Step inside and experience the interplay of warm blue and brown tones with tasteful country-style furnishings.

Already in the hallway, a wall of wardrobes made with great attention to detail awaits you. The light-flooded living and dining area on the ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating and a stylish wood-burning stove.

The open country kitchen directly adjoining the dining area leaves nothing to be desired thanks to its equipment and is ideal for cooking together

Also on the ground floor are a high-quality shower room with rain shower and a bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the terrace. The highlight of the second bedroom on the ground floor is a custom-made alcove bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), which conveys a special sense of security due to its design and is therefore very popular with children

On the upper floor there is another large bedroom with a double bed and flat screen TV. In contrast to the bathroom on the ground floor, the very spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and an additional infrared cabin

In the adjacent gallery, lounge furniture and cosy blankets invite you to relax. A special architectural highlight on the upper floor are the visible beams, which give a special feeling of space.

Whether you want to make yourself comfortable with a cup of East Frisian tea by the wood-burning stove or enjoy the sun on the terrace furnished with comfortable rattan furniture, our houses are suitable for a relaxing holiday at the North Sea at any time of the year.

The house Hein was built together with the houses Jan, Pit and Claas in the original "Rindelshafen"

The garden is completely fenced in and thus invites you to a carefree holiday with your dog

There is a washer-dryer in the fitted kitchen, which you can use free of charge. Two parking spaces are available for each house.

Extended weekend

We rented the house for an extended weekend with our grandchildren. The house is located on a very quiet street in Eilsum, has a very nice and cozy decor, and is excellently maintained and clean. A beautiful garden with a terrace completes the positive impression. We would come back anytime.

Arrive and feel good!

We spent a week as a family with one child in the beautiful Haus Hein. We arrived and immediately felt completely comfortable. Nothing was missing and the whole house is tastefully furnished in beautiful light colors. We also really liked the surroundings and the location of the house. And we particularly enjoyed this wonderful peace and quiet!! The town of Greetsiel is also beautiful and has something to offer for every taste! We will definitely come back again.

Unfortunately, this year the accommodation we already knew was not as beautiful anymore. The cleaning did not really happen. There was still coffee in the coffee machine, the floor was dirty, the dishes and cutlery were not really clean, but the highlight was that a chair in the living room was burnt at the back and the armrests were full of stains. The cleaning of the fireplace and the wood storage area did not happen either. WE ACTUALLY EXPECTED SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR WHAT WE PAID AND WE DEEPLY REGRET THAT YOUR SERVICE HAS DECLINED SO MUCH.

Das der Sessel verbrannt war, kann schnell mal passieren und gerade in Zeiten von Corona ist ein Austausch 1:1 nicht möglich, wegen den langen Lieferzeiten.
Was natürlich keine Entschuldigung für die anderen Dinge sein soll, die Sie bemängeln. Unser Team hätte diese Mängel natürlich gleich ausgebessert, wenn wir informiert worden wären.

Wir versuchen stetig unseren Service zu optimieren und werden das mit unserem Team vor Ort besprechen, Ihre Kritik nehmen wir uns sehr zu Herzen.

Trotz allem hoffen wir, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub in Eilsum genießen konnten!

Toller Urlaub

Traumhaft

A beautiful holiday home. Very tastefully furnished and impeccably clean. Friendly handover. And despite the cold season, cozy and warm in the house. Since it was not yet the season, it was very quiet everywhere. No overcrowded places, and we were almost alone at the dike.

Super!!!

We stayed at the Hein holiday home for 2 weeks in August with 2 adults, 3 children and 2 dogs. It is a very comfortable, tastefully furnished house. We felt very comfortable. The house was very clean. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, sweets and treats for the dogs. The gallery and the bathroom on the first floor were particularly nice. The contact in advance and the support on site by Mrs Smid was very good. We had fresh rolls for breakfast every day thanks to the bread service. It was very easy to take both dogs for a walk directly from the house. We can highly recommend this house.

Short holiday with 2 dogs

We 2 persons with two dogs have rented the holiday house Hein for 4 days!
The positive thing is that the house was clean and everything you need for your daily needs is there.
For 2 persons it is sufficient.for 6 persons in my opinion too small.who looks for however in the holiday something Privatsphäre is not well in these house.from all 4 houses the properties are only with a double fence delimited no plants, shrubs nothing before it!
No visual protection nothing except at a wall a visual protection which one can pull out however absolutely nothing brings! One sits in the garden like on a presentation plate everybody can observe everybody!
especially bad when everyone has a dog with them and they don't know each other. The Hein house has a raised terrace with plants all around it
the dog runs through it and does not pay attention (if e.g. another dog is outside) it falls approx. 1 meter into the depth because everything is open. Also for small children not optimally. There is missing need for action on the part of the landlord!

Eine komplette Bepflanzung als Sichtschutz ist zurzeit nicht in Planung. Da die Häuser auf einer Warft gebaut wurden, sind die Grundstücke unterschiedlich hoch. Eine zu hohe Bepflanzung würde den Garten optisch sehr verkleinern und man könnte sich evtl. eingeengt fühlen. Auch begrüßen viele Hundebesitzer den Kontakt zu den anderen Hundebesitzern in den benachbarten Ferienhäusern. Es sind sogar schon Freundschaften entstanden.

Bezgl. der erhöhten Terrasse hatten wir bisher weder von Familien mit Kindern noch von Hundebesitzern Beschwerden erhalten. Wir werden Ihre Anmerkung selbstverständlich an den Vermieter weiterleiten.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

We spent 2 weeks in this great house. The garden is perfectly fenced for a holiday with a dog. Everything is available. Very comfortable beds. Super clean and very nice on-site support. We will definitely be back.

Relaxation

We felt very comfortable in Haus Hein and definitely found the necessary relaxation. Our dog was also able to relax well. The house is very comfortably furnished and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired.
The house is a bit out of the way, which didn't bother us at all. The service on site was very pleasant and cordial. We would like to come back again!

Rundum zufrieden

The house is beautiful, in great condition, and even more well-equipped than stated. Bowl for the dog, everything you need in the kitchen for Christmas, cot for the child on request, fast internet connection, what more could you want? A super nice support on site! Haus Hein

Super Ferienhaus

The holiday house Hein is ideal for a vacation with children and a dog, as the garden is quite large and fenced. We felt very comfortable in the Hein house, as there is plenty of space and a loving decor. All in all, a very nice vacation.

limited recommendation

The house was nicely furnished and really clean, the terrace furniture invites you to relax. A steep staircase leading to the upper rooms can be a major obstacle for those with limited mobility (high steps). We didn't miss anything in the kitchen - everything you need is there. We didn't like the close proximity and immediate vicinity of the adjacent holiday homes. Upon arrival, despite the agreement, we had to wait for almost half an hour for the service to let us into the house, therefore, we only give it four stars.
