Description
The holiday home Backbord was completely renovated in spring 2015. Warm red tones and lovely decoration await you throughout the house. A fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining table and space for six people as well as a cosy sofa landscape invite you to linger.
Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower at ground level. For your comfort, a washing machine and a dryer are available free of charge.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds as well as another shower room.
The rooms on the ground floor are equipped with underfloor heating. The bedrooms have blackout pleated blinds and fly screens.
Whether you want to make yourself comfortable on the sofa with a cup of East Frisian tea or enjoy the sun on the terrace equipped with comfortable garden furniture, our houses are suitable for a relaxing holiday at the North Sea at any time of the year.
Special features:
From the beautifully landscaped garden you have direct access to the jetty. The property, together with the starboard house, is completely fenced and open to the water. A privacy screen separates the gardens and offers privacy.

Sehr schönes Haus
Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus gemacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann mit 6 Personen super gut in diesem Haus wohnen. Sehr nette Vermieter ?
Meine Mutter hat ihr Portemonnaie im Haus vergessen, es wurde uns sofort zu geschickt. Wir würden immer wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Ferienhaus in schöner ruhiger Lage mit erweiterten Nutzungsmöglichkeiten
Wir haben lange gesucht bis wir ein für uns geeignetes Ferienhaus gefunden haben.
Die Wahl fiel auf dieses Haus weil wir hier unsern Hund mitbringen durften. Da sich in der unteren Etage ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad befinden, ist es auch für Personen die einen Barrierefreien Zugang benötigen geeignet. Die Möglichkeit von Boot- und Kanufahrten dirkt vom Haus aus hat den letzten Ausschlag zur Wahl dieses Hauses gegeben.
Die Beteuung vor Ort war sehr gut und entgegenkommend. Erwähnt werden sollte, dass die Umzäung der beiden direkt aneinandergebauten am Siel liegenden Häuser zwar rundum geschlossen ist, es aber am Steg einen Durchgang zum Grundstück des Nachbarhauses gibt. D. h. ein Hund kann die Grunsstücke nicht verlasse, wenn alle Zauntüren geschossen sind, er kann aber auf das Nachbargrundstück laufen. Wenn dort ein anderer Hund Ferien macht, muss man etwas aufpassen falls
die Tiere sich nicht vertragen. Und schwimmfreudige Hunde haben direkten Zugang zum Wasser. Sie könnten hineinspringen. Ob sie am Steg auch wieder herauskämen ist eine andere Sache. Rechts und links davon, könnten Sie das Ufer wieder erklimmen. Für uns war das kein Problem. In alle Richtungen gibt es nahegelegene Möglichkeiten um mit dem Hund Gassi zu gehen. Auf der anderen Seite des Siels, die über ein nahegelegen Brücke erreichbar ist, gibt es auch einen Hundekotbeutlspender mit Entsorgungsmöglichkeit. Vom Haus aus ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten am Meer.
Wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend fahren, würden wir wieder diese Unterkunft wählen. Danke für diese schöne Unterkunft.
