Our exclusive holiday home Fledermaus is your ideal holiday destination for all 4 seasons, it is perfect for larger groups and family reunions. The house Fledermaus was completed in 2020. It has been furnished to a high standard and equipped with great attention to detail
In the open-plan living and dining area, the kitchen, dining room and living area merge together. This ensures ample space and provides guests with sufficient options for a wide variety of purposes. The room is rounded off by a fully equipped open kitchen with adjoining large dining table, this invites you to linger with its twelve seats
Also on the ground floor are three bedrooms, two with double beds and another bedroom with two single beds. Furthermore, we have a shower room with ground-level shower and a modern full bathroom on this floor. For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available free of charge.
On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, one with a high-quality double bed (180 x 200) and another bedroom with two single beds (100 x 200). The second living room invites you to relax with its comfortable sofa, which can also be used as an additional sleeping option. A flat-screen TV is also available here
The highlight on the upper floor is the spacious bathroom, where you will find a sauna and two ground-level rain showers. The two lounge chairs and the cosy blankets round off a relaxing sauna session. There is also a separate WC on this floor.
Haus Fledermaus is completely fenced in (1.00m). The terrace invites you to sunbathe, have breakfast or just laze around and has room for 12 people, a charcoal grill is also available. Two car parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. You will find further public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.
A charging station for e-cars is available at our office! (5 m away)

Wonderful stay with 8 people and 2 dogs
Very nice house, everything is available what you want for a stay.
The house is very spacious and cosy, bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and perfectly equipped.
The two living rooms are great and the sauna and upstairs bathroom complete the overall impression.
Outside, there are two large terraces, barbecue facilities and plenty of space for dogs to run around, with an appropriately high fence around the property.
The only drawback is the lack of a window and the lack of an extractor on the toilet upstairs. Otherwise, the planned e-bike rental should improve the situation even more, as you can then do without a car for trips to Greetsiel. Charging station for e-bikes and also the e-car are directly at the house. The handover was very friendly and totally problem-free. We will be happy to come back again!
