Description

Contemporary mud and brown tones were chosen for the Jan house. A loving decoration supports the special ambience of this house. In the light-flooded living area with swivelling flat screen TV, you immediately feel at home. A large modern fitted kitchen with adjoining dining area is ideal for cooking and chatting together.

On the ground floor there is a high-quality shower room with rain shower, a bedroom with two single beds and access to the terrace and, as a highlight, a custom-made alcove bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), which conveys a special sense of security due to its design and is therefore very popular with children

Upstairs is the master bedroom with double bed and flat screen TV. In the spacious main bathroom, a Finnish sauna and a rain shower invite you to relax. Afterwards, you can read a good book by candlelight on a relax lounger in the gallery area or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. A special architectural highlight on the upper floor are the visible beams, which give a special feeling of space.

Whether you want to make yourself comfortable with a cup of East Frisian tea by the wood-burning stove or enjoy the sun on the terrace furnished with comfortable rattan furniture, our houses are suitable for a relaxing holiday at the North Sea at any time of the year.

The house Jan was built together with the houses Pit, Hein and Claas in the original "Rindelshafen"

The garden is completely fenced in and thus invites you to a carefree holiday with your dog. There is a washer-dryer in the fitted kitchen, which you can use free of charge. Two parking spaces are available for each house.

A charging station for e-cars is available at our office! (500 m away)

Nice short vacation

We were with 4 adults in the beautiful house Jan. Quiet location, our dog also felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, we read about the bread roll service too late. When we come back in October, we will definitely take advantage of the service. The highlight was, of course, the great sauna. After our long walks, the sauna was a real relaxation. Our most relaxing vacation

Detached little house, lovingly furnished, high-quality kitchen appliances, and even a pedal boat on the canal! You can leave the window open at night, it’s that quiet! We will come back!

Anytime again

Great house, very cozy furnished. 2 adults and 1 dog had a wonderful week here. A privacy screen to the neighboring house would be desirable. Otherwise everything was great.

Dreamlike

A holiday home with great amenities and in a beautiful, quiet location. Dogs are welcome and even received a welcome treat. The property is completely fenced, so the dogs could enjoy their stay on the nicely designed terrace. All necessary errands, like shopping, are easily accessible. The way to the beach or to Norddeich for the ferry is not too far. We would love to come back.

Very nice accommodation!

The holiday home "Jan" comes highly recommended as the house is in impeccable condition. The accommodation is modern and lovingly furnished. We found the house to be very clean. The highlight for us was the sauna! The description of the house is 100% accurate. We visited this beautiful house with 4 adults and 2 children. As a suggestion for improvement, we only have the installation of child safety covers for electrical sockets and the mounting of stair safety gates.

Top cottage in an excellently quiet location and surroundings.

This was our first vacation with our two 5-month-old twin daughters and our 7-year-old dog.

We received a very friendly welcome, even spontaneously getting a second baby travel cot, and we were also able to receive visitors by prior arrangement. The little house is wonderfully quiet right by the canal, less than 100 meters away is a quiet country road, perfect for daily walks and family strolls, and the small village is also great for walks. The little house leaves nothing to be desired; it was clean and tidy (only the egg cooker was scaled, but this could be quickly fixed), the furnishings also had no complaints (only the shower hose shows some weaknesses by now, but a replacement shouldn't be a problem). In the outdoor area, there is a really large sun umbrella, but due to its size and construction, it is very susceptible to the wind (the problem is already known to the landlord, and a solution is being actively sought).

The sauna and the fireplace have brought the last bit of coziness and satisfaction to many evenings (once the little Pampers rockers have gone to sleep). We really enjoyed our vacation, and we will definitely take a holiday there again. Thank you for everything ;-)

Beautiful house / quiet location

A beautiful house with tasteful furnishings in all rooms. Great bathroom with sauna, which was beneficial for us in this awful weather;-) The quiet location invites relaxation. The service on-site was excellent. One drawback would be the seating area in the living room for six people.

House Jan

I can only recommend this accommodation. The furnishings are top, the cleanliness is excellent. Especially the welcome on arrival was very warm. We had our small dog with us. There was also a drinking and food bowl for it. We have been travelling to East Friesland for several years. This was by far the best accommodation.

One Euro worth!!!

Great house... and it's well located with a distance of 3.5 km to Greetsiel. The house is in very good condition. The care team is very friendly and competent. Our dog also liked it very much.

Very beautiful house. No expense was spared on the furnishings.
Very clean, very well maintained.
If you want peace and quiet, this is the right place, but you can also get to the coast very quickly.
Unfortunately, there are only a few places to enjoy long walks with dogs. Many dyke sections are closed.

The residence leaves nothing to be desired.

For years we have been vacationing in Eilsum. Now, for the first time in the Jan house, and we will come back. Very tastefully furnished, sauna with 2 wonderful loungers to relax, cozy atmosphere, simply refreshing. Nice bedrooms, open kitchen with dining area and living room. And very importantly, our two four-legged friends also felt comfortable. The rose for reception was also nice!

Simply Dreamlike

The holiday home is located in a very well-maintained residential area, which does not resemble a holiday village. We thought that was great right away.

We felt absolutely comfortable in the house from the very first moment. We were warmly welcomed by Ms. Smid and she was always available for questions. We felt very well taken care of. Upon request, there is first-class and reliable bread service.

The entire house is very upscale equipped from top to bottom. Incredible actually, because a lot of money was invested here, so that guests have absolutely no wishes left unfulfilled. Everything was absolutely clean. We lacked nothing and we will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended.

Jan was great.

Wellness Oasis House Jan

A highly recommended accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of amenities and appearance. The adjacent properties allow for sight contact with other holidaymakers at a pleasant distance. The handling of the booking and handover was exemplary. Finding peace from everyday life

We were there with 2 families and would have liked to stay longer. Nothing was lacking, and everything was as desired. Nice, quiet location by the canal with pedal boats. Also highly recommended for children due to the traffic calming. We will come back, but for a longer stay.
