Just outside Westkapelle, only 400 m from the beach, we offer a luxurious apartment suitable for 4 people. The layout is a bedroom with TV and DVD, a bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Also there is a washing machine with dryer. The apartment has a spacious living room with dining area consisting of a table with 4 chairs. In the lounge there are two sofas with table and fireplace. There is a TV with all German and Dutch channels. Through cinema system there can be a DVD / CD / MP3 radio and watched and / or listened to. An iPod can be connected. In the kitchen, besides the usual belongs a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and coffee maker. Through a sliding door in the living room to the terrace. The apartment is located at 400m from the beach. It is a beautiful sandy beach with sun in the afternoon from the sea. Here you can walk, sunbathe or take a refreshing dip in the sea. For a drink and a snack you can reach one of the many beach pavilions. Bicycles can be good across the country, where various bike paths are laid out. Cycling, you can bring your own or rent in Westkapelle. In Zoutelande you will find nice shops, restaurants and terraces. In Westkapelle you can eat better fish. Vlissingen has a beautiful promenade, indoor play paradise, the Arsenal and museums. Veere and Middelburg have many beautiful monumental buildings. | In high season you can only rent from Saturday to Saturday. Cancellation terms:
If the tenant decides to cancel the rental agreement for any reason, a compensation is due to the landlord. The amount is: - 50% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs between 3 and 10 weeks before the start date of the rental period. - 100% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs less than 3 weeks before the start date of the rental period or if the rental period has already begun. Should the property still be rented out for the same period by the landlord, the amount received will be refunded minus a €50.00 fee for the landlord.
