Description
The villa is situated on a large, fully enclosed private property within the beautiful villa district of Adsubia in Javea, which is only accessed by local residents, thus ensuring a quiet residential location. A variety of seating areas around the house offer sunny or shady spots to relax under palm trees, according to your preference. The evening atmosphere of the illuminated pool and LED lighting also creates a romantic, Mediterranean flair. Four sun loungers and a lounge invite you to relax by the 4 x 8 meter heated pool. For convenient access, the private pool is equipped with Roman steps and a handrail. If desired, the pool heating can be used for a fee. The average consumption value for the heat pump is 6.00 euros/day. For cozy barbecue evenings, there is a built-in barbecue grill (charcoal) and a small outdoor kitchen with a portable ceramic cooktop, gas grill, paella grill, refrigerator, and sink available.
The property is very well maintained, lovingly landscaped, and equipped with many details.
There is also a large, temperature-adjustable outdoor shower available, whether for a quick refresh in between or for rinsing off after a visit to the beach.
At the house entrance, there is another furnished open terrace. The covered terrace by the house is also furnished with seating areas. The villa has a free internet connection via Wi-Fi. The living-dining room is equipped with a satellite TV (German ASTRA reception), air conditioning, and a small music system.
The extensively equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and other kitchen utensils. Great comfort is offered by the newly installed separate drinking water system from which you receive freshly filtered water. This allows you to enjoy healthy drinking water easily and quickly. In the adjoining utility room there is a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
In the two bedrooms, new energy-saving air conditioners ensure a restful sleep. The bathroom features a double washbasin, bathtub, shower, bidet, and toilet. A separate guest toilet with washbasin is also available. Roller shutters and fly screens are installed on the windows.
In the cooler season, the air conditioners can also be used to heat the house. Bringing up to two small dogs is possible upon prior arrangement; however, appropriate animal care is required (bed, couch, and pool are not permitted for your dog) and it must be ensured that your dog does not disturb the neighbors. Bringing other types of animals is not permitted.

Prachtige villa
Villa is truly amazing, fully equipped with all conveniences, the pool is delightful and can even be heated in the pre- or post-season! There's nothing better than swimming in water that's 24-25 degrees. The garden around the pool is beautifully landscaped, with seating everywhere, so you can always choose whether to sit in the sun or shade.

very quietly located villa, which we can only recommend
We have been to the Costa Blanca many times, and this villa was the best accommodation we have had so far. It offered us all the comfort one could imagine. In the evening, we were captivated by the delightful and meticulously maintained garden with pool lighting, LED spotlights all around, and numerous solar-powered light highlights. In conclusion: a comfortable, romantic, and above all very peacefully located villa that we can highly recommend. Thank you for this wonderful vacation!
