Description
The villa is situated on a large, enclosed private plot within the beautiful villa area of Adsubia in Javea, which is only used by residents, thus ensuring a quiet residential area. A multitude of seating groups around the house offer sunny or shady areas under palm trees, as desired. The evening ambience of the illuminated pool and the LED lighting also offer a romantic, Mediterranean flair.
Four sun loungers and a lounge invite you to relax at the 4 x 8 metre heated pool. For easy access, the private pool is equipped with a Roman staircase with handrail. On request, the pool heating can be used for a fee. The average consumption value for the heat pump is 6,-- Euro/day.
For cosy barbecue evenings, there is a brick barbecue grill (charcoal) and a small outdoor kitchen, with a portable Ceran hotplate, gas grill, paella grill, refrigerator and sink.
The property is very well maintained, lovingly landscaped and equipped with many details.
There is also a large, temperature-controlled outdoor shower, whether for a quick cool down or for a shower after a visit to the beach.
At the entrance to the house there is another furnished outdoor terrace. The covered house terrace is also equipped with seating groups. The villa has a free internet connection via WLAN. The living-dining room is equipped with a satellite TV (German ASTRA reception), air conditioning and a small music system.
The extensively equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and other kitchen utensils. Great comfort is offered by the newly installed separate drinking water system from which you receive freshly filtered water. So you can enjoy healthy drinking water easily and quickly. In the adjacent utility room you will find a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
In the two bedrooms, new energy-saving air conditioners ensure a restful sleep. The bathroom has a double sink, bathtub, shower, bidet and toilet. Furthermore, there is a separate guest toilet with washbasin. Roller shutters and fly screens are fitted to the windows.
In the cooler season, the air conditioning can also be used to heat the house.
Bringing up to two small dogs is possible with prior notice, but species-appropriate keeping is required (bed, couch and pool are not permitted for your dog) and it must be ensured that the neighbours are not disturbed by your dog. Bringing other types of animals is not permitted.
There is a locked parking space for your car with an electric sliding gate on the property.

Prachtige villa
Villa is werkelijk geweldig van alle gemakken voorzien, zwembad is heerlijk en in het voor- of naseizoen kan dit zelfs verwarmd worden! Niks lekkerders dan zwemmen in water dat 24-25 graden is. Tuin rond zwembad is prachtig aangelegd, overal staan zitjes zodat je altijd kunt kiezen of om in de zon of in de schaduw te zitten.

sehr ruhig gelegene Villa, die wir nur empfehlen können
Wir waren schon oft an der Costa Blanca, diese Villa war die bisher beste Unterkunft.
Es hat uns an allen Komfort geboten, den man sich denken kann. Auch am Abend hat uns die herrliche, ausgesprochen gepflegte Gartenanlage mit der Poolbeleuchtung und den LED-Strahlern ringsum sowie zahlreichen per Solar betrieben Lichter-Highlights in Ihren Bann gezogen. Fazit: eine komfortable, romantische und vor allem auch sehr ruhig gelegene Villa, die wir nur empfehlen können. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub!
