Well-kept holiday home in quiet and green surroundings (district PORTICHOL). This secluded property offers a large private pool (10m x 5m) with Roman staircase and pool lighting, outdoor shower with hot water, covered outdoor kitchen with gas grill and several secluded terraces. The sunny house has on one level 2 bedrooms (one of them with bath en suite), 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, a small kitchen and a comfortable living and dining area. The cottage is well equipped with air conditioning, fans, washing machine, SAT-TV and internet access. A carport is also available on the completed property.
