Dreamy finca
The finca was fantastic. Often the photos do not correspond to reality, but in this case it was even more beautiful on site. The house and the entire property are very well maintained and lovingly designed - you can tell that the hosts also spend their holidays here. The house is fully equipped, we didn't miss anything. The support from the first contact to the end was uncomplicated and very friendly. The local manager was super nice and took care of everything. The location is also ideal. The finca is quietly located and almost hidden. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach Javea and Denia. Spain is generally not a very dog-friendly country, but since the finca is fenced and even the dog can go into the pool (although ours didn't), you can also spend some time in the villa. The dog beach is in Denia, but it is also easy to reach. We were there as a couple with our dog and for us there is no other house for the next holiday in Spain. Also, thank you very much and a big praise to the hosts and the manager.

Familienurlaub August
Wir haben in dieser schönen Villa einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie verbracht. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Der Pool ist der Wahnsinn und man hat alles was man braucht. Man ist wirklich zentral für alle Ausflüge. Die Betreuung vor Ort und während des buchens war hervorragend. Wir können hier volle 5 Sterne geben. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub in dieser Villa.

sehr gut ausgestattete Villa mit tollem Pool und herrlichem Blick
Wir hatten sehr schöne 2 Wochen in der Villa Caro. Der Pool ist groß und hatte eine Wassertemperatur von 31°C. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass es an nichts fehlte. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf den Berg Montgo von der Terrasse aus.

Ferien in der Villa Caro in Xàbia, el Tosalet
Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage in der Villa Caro verbracht. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten zudem sehr schönes Urlaubswetter, um auch jeden Tag ausgiebig in dem Pool baden zu können (unsere Kinder waren meist schon vor dem Frühstück im Pool und abends vorm zu Bett gehen auch noch einmal!). Wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder!!

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Die Villa Caro hat uns (7 Personen + 2 kleine Hunde) sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat ausreichend Badezimmer und auch einen sehr schönen Poolbereich. Die Betreuung vor Ort und auch im Vorfeld war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Villa nur empfehlen!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Traumurlaub in der Villa Caro
Wir waren mit unserer Familie (5 Erwachsene) Ende Juni bis Anfang Juli 2019 für 14 Tage in der Villa Caro und würden am liebsten sofort wieder die Koffer packen und dorthin fahren. Die Villa Caro ist eine wunderschön renovierte Finca in ruhiger Umgebung mit gepflegtem Grundstück und einem klasse Pool, den wir zu Hause echt vermissen. Unser Schlafzimmer mit dem bequemen Boxspringbett (auch für große Menschen geeignet), Fernseher, Klimaanlage und dem riesigen Masterbad war ausgesprochen komfortabel. Auf der schattigen Veranda mit Esstisch haben wir gerne gefrühstückt oder in der heißeren Mittagszeit auf der Lounge relaxt. Der gepflegte Gasgrill hat - wie alles andere - tiptop funktioniert und war ganz einfach zu bedienen. Die moderne und feine Küche ist vollständig mit schönem Kochgeschirr ausgestattet. Der Saeco Kaffeeautomat hat uns so begeistert, dass wir uns zu Hause wohl auch einen anschaffen werden! Wir können die Finca Caro mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon sehr auf ein Wiedersehen im nächsten Jahr.

Tolle Empfehlung
Die ersten Tage des Jahres durften wir in der sehr ansprechend eingerichteten Villa Caro in Javea verbringen. Das Wetter hat super mitgespielt und wir hatten einige sonnige und warme Tage. Netter Empfang bei Ankunft durch die deutschsprachige Hausverwalterin an einem vereinbarten Treffpunkt, um uns die Anreise zu erleichtern. Sie zeigte uns das Haus und gab uns einige wertvolle Ausflugstipps. Auf dem Tisch im Wohnzimmer stand zur Begrüßung ein Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein - eine sehr nette Geste des Vermieters. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und liegt leicht erhöht am Berg mit einem tollen Blick über Javea und das Meer sowie zum Montgo. Die Inneneinrichtung ist komplett neu und hochwertig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch wenn wir es im Moment nicht brauchten sind uns die Klimaanlage im Haus sowie das Duschbad am Pool sehr positiv aufgefallen.
Die Strandpromenade von Javea mit diversen Geschäften und Lokalen ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus
Die letzte Station unserer kleinen Spanienrundreise führte uns nach Javea
in die Villa Caro.
Die Begrüssung durch Elke war sehr herzlich.
Villa Caro entspricht genau den Angaben wie im Internet beschrieben.
Es fehlte an nichts. Gerne wären wir in den Pool war uns aber doch im Januar etwas zu kalt.
Wir werden Villa Caro auf jeden Fall noch einmal besuchen.

Absolut empfehlenswert!!
Wir verbrachten unseren diesjährigen Sommerurlaub mit insgesamt 7 Personen in der "Villa Caro". Sollte es uns noch einmal in die Gegend in und um Javea verschlagen, würden wir keine einzige Sekunde zögern und dieses tolle Objekt sofort wieder buchen. Wir erlebten eine perfekte Organisation. Angefangen bei den absolut unkomplizierten Vorab-Gesprächen mit den freundlichen Vermietern, bis hin zur Abreise.
Vor Ort empfängt die Hausverwalterin Elke die Gäste persönlich und führt durch das Anwesen. Sie ist eine absolute "Javea Insiderin" da sie selbst seit einigen Jahren dort lebt. Daher hat Sie sehr gute Tips auf Lager was Unternehmungen und gute Restaurants angeht.
Die Villa verfügt über einen schönen großen Außenpool. Dieser wurde während unseres Aufenthalts regelmäßig ohne Aufforderung unsererseits gesäubert!
Zur Ausstattung muss man sagen, dass wirklich alles vorhanden ist und es uns an nichts gefehlt hat (Kaffee-Vollautomat, 2 Kühlschränke, Klimaanlage, riesiger Gasgrill und und und...)
Mit 3 Schlafzimmern und insgesamt 4 Bädern (inklusive Poolbad) hatte unsere 7-köpfige Truppe natürlich die beste Voraussetzung sich fair aufzuteilen. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse über die Stadt und auf den nahe gelegenen Berg "Montgo" sucht seines gleichen! Einfach Traumhaft!
Alles in allem war es für uns der perfekte Urlaub mit vielen Unternehmungen, gutem Essen und der "Villa Caro". Note 1! Macht weiter so!
