The house is located in a secure security estate in Somerset West with sea and cape views and all bedrooms, dining area as well as living room are completely NEW furnished! It has three bedrooms and sleeps 6 adults! You will be welcomed by our friends from Bavaria Edi and Traudl, who are also available for any questions, wishes and problems!
Via the N2 you can reach Cape Town and the airport in about 30 minutes and in a few minutes you are in the beautiful wine region around Stellenbosch, or on one of the many beautiful golf courses (40 golf courses within one hour), which make the golfer's heart beat faster!
The new large shopping centre with two supermarkets and fresh pastries is located directly across the road next to the Estate and provides fresh pastries every day, for a start to a perfect day!
The house with wireless LAN connection has approx. 130 sqm living space and a dreamlike garden with pool. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, bathtub and toilet. The large and very well maintained garden with pool and sun loungers has a gas barbecue on the terrace. A new (2020) tiled stove in the living room provides the right atmosphere and the air conditioning provides cooling on hot days! A large TV with satellite system (reception of German TV programmes included in the main season, or on request) is also in the accommodation, as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Sufficient bed linen and towels as well as pool towels are available
A garage with electric gate is available for your vehicle.
Departure time and handover according to request and occupancy and normally departure at 11 am and handover from 3 pm!

Holiday in paradise
this is a really great house, it has a top location to golf courses, restaurants and wineries.
It's super safe and very accessible, you can also get to Cape Town in half an hour.
The equipment is better than at home, all electrical appliances are top and everything is there, even a Nespresso machine.
The furniture seems to be new and everything is neatly cleaned.
recommend for: adventure and experience, romantic holiday
