The house is situated in a beautiful, quiet and safe estate. There is a beautiful lake in the immediate vicinity of the house. For children there is a playground and a very nice lawn to play football. The estate has 24 hour access control.
The size of the house is 240 sqm, the size of the plot is 620 sqm. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet in the house.

Somerset West is one of the most beautiful areas in South Africa and is only about 30 minutes from Cape Town and the airport. The town with about 100,000 inhabitants is not far from the sea in the heart of the wine and golf region. Whether you are a wine lover, a gourmet or a golfer, everyone is guaranteed to get their money's worth here. There is also a lot to discover as a family. With very good transport connections, Somerset West is the ideal starting point for discovery trips and day trips to Cape Town and the many sights, for example Table Mountain, the Waterfront or the Oceans Aquarium.

Recommended!
We stayed at the Somerset house from early November to mid-December. The house is located in a beautiful and safe estate. It is modernly furnished with everything you need, it is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/toilets and an additional separate toilet. We especially appreciated that we were not dependent on load shedding (power outage) thanks to the solar panel on the roof. Cooking is also independent, as you cook with gas.
We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. The fully open sliding door from the living room to the outdoor area is very pleasant and cozy, especially on a warm evening.
We can only recommend the house and the landlords.
