For even more information visit our website "". Very nice modern new villa/holiday home for rent in Somerset West. The villa is located in the safe and quiet Hageland Estate. The villa is furnished to a high standard and modern and is let for a maximum of 4 people. The spacious house (approx 240 sqm2) has a large open plan living area with a kitchen (with Bosch electrical appliances) and dining area. In the house there are also 3 large bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, an office and two fully equipped bathrooms with toilet, shower and bathtub, which leave nothing to be desired. From the large master bedroom you enter the spacious en-suite bathroom. In the outdoor pool/garden area there is a separate pool toilet. From the open living area you enter the covered patio area with a magnificent view of the pool. Here you will find the necessary cooling on hot days. The very large patio area can be opened or closed as required by the comfortable folding sliding doors. A double garage with electric door is available for your vehicle. Parking spaces are also available. There is a barbecue (braai) in the patio. There are sun loungers by the pool. The terrace is partly covered. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a dreamlike and relaxing holiday. Towels, pool towels and bed linen are provided in sufficient quantity. Air conditioning in the large open plan living area as well as in the master bedroom is also provided
All 3 bedrooms are equipped with new beds and high quality mattresses. 2 bedrooms are equipped with large extra long beds (King XL). The 3rd bedroom has been furnished with a Queen XL bed (also extra long). 2 of the 3 bedrooms have been fitted with box spring beds. The pool area and the outdoor area have been newly paved. German sockets have also been installed for your convenience. All electrical appliances in the house are new.

Whether you are a wine lover, a gourmet or a golf enthusiast, you are guaranteed to get your money's worth here. With excellent transport links, Somerset West is the ideal starting point for exploring Capetown, the wine region around Franschhoek and Paarl. Whale watching or a visit to the penguins of Simonstown are also worthwhile, as is a day at the seaside. Only a few kilometres from Somerset West, in a small place called Strand, there is an endless and wide fine sandy beach for pure bathing pleasure. It is also the ideal location to the Cape of Good Hope, past the beautiful dreamy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and the picturesque towns of Muizenberg and Simonstown. Beautiful house

Beautiful new villa
Villa Marula has far exceeded our expectations. The house is simply a dream. The house is exactly as described.
The entire villa is newly furnished and equipped. The house is very tastefully and modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a dream holiday.
We enjoyed sitting in the beautiful, spacious patio very much
You can open or close the entire patio with the folding sliding doors.
We also felt very comfortable in the great master bedroom. We especially liked the large bed with the very good mattresses (as in the other bedrooms). We also liked the seating area by the pool, where you could sit with a glass of wine in the evening.
We also found the decoration in the entire house very tasteful and beautiful.
The location is central and very quiet. Wineries, golf courses and supermarkets are very easy and quick to reach by car. As far as security is concerned, you have no problem here as you are in an estate.
The communication via email and telephone when booking (rental contract, payment and refund of deposit) worked excellently. Very helpful and friendly landlords. All questions were answered. On site there was also a great information folder with lots of tips
