This modern small studio apartment in the property "Ferienwohnungen zum Ostseestrand" in the Baltic Sea resort of Ahlbeck is ideal for a relaxing getaway for two. This charming ground floor accommodation offers 30 square meters of space for 2 guests and features a combined living kitchen with seating area and TV and sleeping area as well as 1 bathroom.
It is located on the ground floor and can be accessed without stairs.
Enjoy the beautiful covered terrace with garden furniture for relaxing. The apartment is modernly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. The fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine, and seating, makes self-catering a pleasure. The bed, with its lying surface of 180 cm × 200 cm, offers enough space to ensure a restful sleep. The apartment has a modern ventilation system. This creates a perfect climate. A modern bathroom with shower and hairdryer is also available.
Technical amenities such as Wi-Fi and TV are of course provided.
If you bring bicycles, you can park them in the covered area provided for this purpose. The property is secured with a permanently locked fence system.
If you wish to do laundry during longer stays, this is possible in our utility room. The holiday apartment Ahlbeck 3 is a non-smoking accommodation (for smokers, there are ashtrays on the terrace). There is also the possibility of long-term rental – ideal for anyone who wants to escape everyday life and stay longer in the beautiful Baltic Sea region.
The price per night does not include the tourist tax. The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site.

If you have not made a deposit and need to cancel before the 30-day deadline, a payment of up to 30% of the total price is required. If the guest does not make use of the rented holiday apartment within the 30 days, they are still obliged to pay the agreed total amount. However, the host must deduct saved expenses amounting to 20%. The host is obliged, in good faith, to try to rent out the unused holiday apartment to someone else in order to avoid losses. If the holiday apartment is rented out to someone else, the host will charge the guest up to 50% processing fee. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for your booking. Events such as illness, accident, or other unforeseen incidents can occur. With cancellation insurance, you can protect yourself against these risks.

We were completely satisfied, thank you.
The time on Usedom was very nice, the apartment was super close to everything, so everything could be reached on foot. The apartment is small but nice and completely sufficient for 2 people, very neat and clean, and very nicely furnished. We couldn't have asked for more, definitely recommended. Always happy to come back!
