Our House "Antica Borgata Casa Leoni" was conceived with the idea to offer two families who like to spend the holiday together with each other, a sufficiently large and high quality holiday home.
The house extends over 170 sqm and offers enough space for two families with max. 10 people: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a large living room. The garden terrace, the garden, the two large roof terraces and a small balcony will give you plenty of opportunities to relax outside and enjoy the beauty of the cultural landscape of western Liguria. Sunbathing, cool down in the pool, a game of table tennis, sit down with a good book and a glass of wine under an olive tree, take a cappuccino on one of the roof terraces and cook something delicious together in the evening. Enjoy your holiday!
The heart of the house extends over approximately 60sqm and is open in communication. A modern, large, fully equipped kitchen with dining room and open adjoining living room provide a comfortable spaciousness. Old components of the original house were obtained by us and combined with very modern elements: So give a gabled roof and glass casement windows of the kitchen a lot of light and kindness while you remember old days in the living room old, restored stone arches.
The large casement window of the kitchen you step out on to the garden terrace, where you can dine surrounded by Mediterranean plants and ancient olive trees wonderful outdoors. The sunbathing by the pool or on the appropriate roof terraces is nothing in the way, there are all enough chairs and sun loungers available. Late in the afternoon the garden donates behind the pool a bit cool and you can retreat to the garden bench and just enjoy the view.
The bedrooms of the holiday house are paired geographically so far apart that a certain private atmosphere is guaranteed for both families. The two bedrooms on the 1st floor are color very bright and rather romantically, while the two bedrooms are very modern and straight on the ground floor.
On 1st bedroom on the 1st floor there is a double bed. This room leads out onto a large roof terrace with sun loungers and a truly panoramic views down to the Mediterranean and into the mountainous landscape of the Ponente.
The 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor has a canopy double bed and an extra bed. The room has a southeast-facing balcony with wonderful mountain and sea views. In the 1st floor, moreover, is a spacious bathroom with all comforts.
The modern bedrooms downstairs are decorated communicating. The front, smaller bedroom has a double bed, through the large casement windows to get out onto the garden terrace with swimming pool.
The rear, larger bedroom has a double bed and an extra bed. Again, on the ground floor is a large bathroom with all comforts.
Depending on the season, we provide our guests like fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs from our own cultivation: lettuce, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, peppers, arugula, basil, rosemary, chilli pepper, grapes, plums, figs, etc.
Olive oil, pickled olives, olive paste, pesto and we like to get you out of our traditional, local oil mill.
I live with my family even in the village and am gladly with advice and suggestions. You can contact me at any time via sms, whattsapp or reach by email.
On the day of arrival will be waiting for me, accompanied to your holiday home and I'll make your holiday house familiar, so you can quickly feel at home and everything can handle just as if you had always been here.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located just on the edge of Vasia, on a hill in a tiny piazza. Nestled in a collection of a few old houses, it is detached on three sides. The unspoilt location offers a breathtaking view of the sea, in the mountains, with its typical olive groves and oak forests and on our idyllic mountain village Vasia.
Area Vasias provides very generally for culturally hikers, bikers and nature lovers to excellent. You can simply start walking or losradeln from the house and discover the most magical places without having to use the car.
Old field churches, historic ruins, an indescribable, Mediterranean plants wealth and always the wonderful view into the mountains and down auf's sea.
For something a bit more lively, which should definitely visit the small fishing villages along the coast. Shop till late at night, good food in the most different localities and the balmy summer nights Liguria enjoy. During the year, there are many village festivals in the near or distant environment that grants the Ligurienbesucher a very hospitable glimpse into the life and traditions of the inhabitants of the coastal and mountain villages. Along the coast leads a well-developed Radlstrecke which is to drive great with kids. Bikes can be hired at the Radlpiste.
Vasia is a small, idyllic Ligurian mountain village about 10 kilometers inland from Imperia / Porto Maurizio. The very picturesque village located at an altitude of 385m above sea level, in the midst of a gentle mountain scenery, surrounded by countless olive groves, it is open to the south to the coast. We have Vasia a small grocery store, which is open every day except Sunday, a small post office and a small pharmacy. In our traditional, local olive mill can be excellent "olio extra-virgin olive oil", Pesto, Patè di Olive or buy in brine pickled olives directly from the producer.
In the warmer months there is in the municipality of Vasia - consisting of the places Vasia, Torretta, Pianavia, Prelà Castello and Pantasina - always' What for celebration. We verantstalten village festivals with food and drink and good music and petanque competitions. Guests mingle always like the locals and get an insight into a piece of Liguria, which most visitors is usually hidden.
Four times a day a bus into town. For larger shopping there in the 8 kilometers away Caramagna a large supermarket which is open 7 days throughout the week. In Imperia, which divides into the two formerly individual towns Porto Maurizio and Oneglia, three times a week is a big market. The mild, Mediterranean climate makes it virtually all year round for a variety recreational activities attractive: swimming, sunbathing, diving, surfing, sailing, hiking, culinary trips, etc.

The city of Imperia is centrally located between Genoa in the east, west and Nice in the Piedmont capital Turin in the north.
City tours and also kuliniarische trips on offer. After speaking, there are about 100 km, to Nice just 75 kilometers in nearby Piedmont there are wonderful wine regions such as Barolo, Barbaresco or Alba to visit. On the way to Nice, come through by the Principality of Monaco, which is worth a visit in any case.
Our area here has definitely something for every taste and age.

A beautiful house in the mountains of Liguria.
We had a wonderful time in a house that is very tastefully and lovingly furnished. The pool was the absolute highlight and a welcome refreshment, especially in the first very hot days. We also found the large and well-equipped kitchen delightful, where the delicious Ligurian olive oil and welcome sparkling wine were waiting for us. The warm welcome and care throughout our vacation were certainly not everyday occurrences. So, a big thank you again. If we missed anything at all, it would be a bar or restaurant within walking distance, which apparently existed before the coronavirus. This is perhaps more of a wish from the slightly older guests who prefer not to drive in the evenings.
All in all, a wonderful place that allows you to enjoy the mountains and the sea alike.

A beautiful holiday home
My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Italy in this holiday home. The weather was fantastic and the children enjoyed the pool every day. Gabi's dream house
Dear Gabi,
We would like to thank you sincerely for the wonderful stay at your house in Vasia. The two weeks at the beginning of July 2023 were simply fantastic.
The location of the house is absolutely breathtaking. The beautiful village and the great view of the surrounding countryside with the many olive trees enchanted us every day anew. It was so nice to enjoy nature to the fullest.
The pool was another highlight. It was very well maintained and offered the perfect opportunity to cool off and relax on hot days. The children and we had a lot of fun in the water and could really let off steam.
The house itself also impressed us. It was very well equipped and left nothing to be desired. Everything was clean and very tidy, so we felt comfortable right away. Especially the cozy bedrooms provided us with restful nights.
We are grateful for your hospitality and warm welcome. You gave us valuable tips for excursions in the area and were always there for us. It was great to meet you.

: A great vacation.
We stayed at Gabi's place in Vasia for the second time. One thing is already clear: we will come back! The house is perfectly divided for two families. The kitchen is equipped fantastically: sharp knives, enough dishes, dish towels, pots... there was nothing I missed! The house is very well maintained and very clean. The pool and garden area are absolutely delightful! The reality is even more beautiful than the pictures. Gabi, the landlady, is always available and always has the right tip for activities. A warm and competent landlady!
In the village, there is a grocery store where you can get everything important and a water dispenser.
Imperia is a great city where you can enjoy the Italian flair. There are many restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors... and a worth seeing old town.
The sea is so clean and the beach is very well maintained - not only in and around Imperia. Also in Bordighera or Diano Marina, the beach and sea were fabulous!
Sightseeing and beach are perfectly compatible in Liguria! Something for everyone!
We can fully recommend a vacation in Vasia at Gabi's place. Top!

Very nice property in mega quiet location
There were six of us, for a week, in the very beautiful house for relaxation. It was a wonderful time, mega quiet location in the Ligurian mountains, with a view of the sea. The terrace is the link between the pool and the great kitchen.
If, like us, you want to have fun cooking and eating together, with cooling off in the pool, this is the place for you.
A beautiful lighting in the evening completes the whole experience. In the village, just a few steps away, there is Guido with his little shop. You are amazed at what he has in there. You can even order something from him if he doesn't have it in stock, e.g. Schweppes Tonic Zero. Unusually, 2 minutes' walk away on the market square is a water filling machine where you can buy 2 litres of cool, fresh mineral water or still water for 10 cents. The kitchen has been praised many times, we agree, and Mrs Bogenberger, the hostess, was always available and answered questions at short notice via Whatsapp with good tips and helpfulness. Just go there and try it out for yourself.

Wonderful holiday home

Wonderful dream holidays!
A wonderful holiday home to relax, unwind and feel good!
The house is absolutely top equipped in all areas (kitchen, bathrooms, terraces etc.)! There is really nothing lacking here!
We travelled with 2 families and found the perfect holiday accommodation in the house - enough space for everyone and plenty of room for great times together in the pool, at the ping-pong table, cooking together and on the terrace!
It is very nice that the morning bread rolls are only a few steps away :)
The landlords are super friendly and made sure we felt completely at home, not least with their great tips and helpfulness!
A holiday here is absolutely recommendable!

the "little paradise"..
We are repeat offenders, so to speak, because we were already allowed to stay in this great holiday home in 2019. At that time it was still quite early in the year, so the pool was unfortunately much too cold for swimming.
This year we were luckier. With a water temperature of 23 degrees, we used the pool several times a day and learned to appreciate and love yet another treat of the house.
Without exaggerating, one can speak of a "little paradise" that one finds here.
Everything is just as you would wish. There is nothing that is not there, and if something is missing, the landlady is always available and lovingly takes care of the guests.
We can only recommend to all interested parties who are still undecided: Book and go there.
You will not regret it!
And the probability that you will also become a repeat offender is relatively high.

Our holiday was wonderful! The house is perfectly equipped for two families (4 adults and 6 children). Everyone can withdraw or you can meet, eat and relax with enough space. The house leaves nothing to be desired. The seclusion of the house is great! No car noise! Only roosters and donkeys. Pure nature!

sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit full Service und einer sehr netten Vermieterin
Sehr schönes Feriendomozil mitten in einen kleinen Bergdorf mit 300 Einwohnern.
Das Objekt ist von Olivenbäumen umgeben und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle Verbrauchsgüter wurden vorab durch Frau Bogenberger aufgefüllt. Auch Tipps für Ausflüge hat die Vermieterin parat. 5 Sterne für Service und Haus sind hier vollkommen richtig. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus!
Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie und unseren 2 Hunden dort, das Haus ist wirklich toll, super ausgestattet, sauber, gepflegt und der Aussenbereich liebevoll angelegt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist hochwertig und stimmig zusammen gestellt.
Die Gegend ist toll zum wandern und es gibt auf jedenfalls Spaziergang etwas Neues zu entdecken.
Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit, der persönliche Kontakt war super.

wie im Paradies...
Ein wunderschönes Domizil in einer wünderschönen Landschaft mit herrlichem Meerblick. Was will man mehr?
Dieses Haus ist sozusagen "die Kirsche auf der Sahne" der Ferienimmobilien.
Man kann gar nicht alles in Worte fassen. Letztlich muß man mal da gewesen sein. Es ist alles noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos.
Auch vorangegangene Bewertungen übertreiben keinesfalls.
Es gibt praktisch nichts, was es nicht gibt und sollte doch mal etwas fehlen, ist die Vermieterin mit Familie sofort vor Ort, um mit Rat und Tat zu Seite zu stehen.
Das Haus ist wunderbar gepflegt und verfügt auch über einen Gartenanteil.
Sehr praktisch für uns Hundebesitzer.
Wir haben für das kommende Jahr schon wieder gebucht und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im schönen Vasia.

Unfassbar schön!
Wer dem kalten Norden und dem Wirbel einer Großstadt entfliehen will, ist auch und gerade im Februar hier genau richtig.
Die Mimosen duften, die Mandelbäume blühen und der Blick über die Olivenhaine zum Meer ist hinreißend.
Das Haus ist, vor allem mit der überreich ausgestatten Küche, einfach traumhaft schön und ruhig, die Heizung und die Bäder funktionieren hervorragend (keine Selbstverständlichkeit in Italien...).
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die enorme Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieterin, die es wirklich schafft, dass man sich von Anfang an (z.b. großer Mimosenstrauss am Esstisch) willkommen fühlt.
Das Haus ist gemütlich und lichtdurchflutet, die Betten super.
Ich komme sicher wieder!

Traumurlaub mit der ganzen Familie
Wir hatten einen der schönsten Aufenthalte in Italien. Wir waren schon in vielen schönen Unterkünften, jedoch fühlten wir uns selten so wohl und gut versorgt wie in der Casa Leoni. Wir reisten mit 7 Personen, einem Baby und zwei großen (wohlerzogenen :)) Hunden an. Der Platz war mehr als ausreichend und jeder hatte eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit, wenn er sie einmal wollte. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was anspruchsvolle Mitteleuropäer erwarten, es gibt einfach alles und die schärfsten Messer der Welt :). Der Garten war groß genug um mit den Hunden zu spielen und auch eine Runde Fussball zu kicken. Gabi, die deutschsprachige Vermieterin, gab uns viele Tips und war für und rund um die Uhr erreichbar und half uns bei JEDEM unserer Anliegen und Problemchen. Das Haus ist super schön gelegen, läd zum Radeln und Joggen ein. Von Vasia kommt man schnell nach Monaco oder Nizza. Wir bedanken uns noch einmal für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub und verbleiben mit einem Servus bis bald :)

BELLISSIMA CASA für Mensch und Hund
Die Vermieter haben hier ein kleines Paradies geschaffen! Im Herzen des kleinen Bergdorfes findet man hier die notwendige Ruhe um sich herrlich zu entspannen oder aber auch genügend Möglichkeiten um den Kreislauf auf Trapp zu halten. Ob ein Bad im Pool, eine Partie Tischtennis oder ein Spaziergang zu den Tieren des Dorfes (Esel und Alpacas) - der Spaß ist garantiert. Und am Abend ein Abendmenü in der gemütlichen Dorfwirtschaft, nur ein paar Treppenstufen vom Haus entfernt. Direkt daneben Guido's Alimentari - der kleine Lebensmittelladen des Dorfes. Das alles und die herzliche Betreuung unserer Gastgeber machen dies zu unserem italienischen Urlaubsparadies!!! Und das für Mensch und Tier! Denn Hunde sind hier nicht nur auf dem Papier super herzlich willkommen!

Wunderschön
Dieses Haus, inkl. Grundstück, ist einfach traumhaft. Wunderschöne Lage, mit Meerblick in absolut ruhiger Umgebung. Hochwertig ausgestattetes Haus in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Der Pool ist vor allem für Kinder ein absoluter Traum.
Frau Bogenberger ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit und bietet Lieferungen von super leckerem Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten an.
Wir können uns grundsätzlich einen erneuten Besuch auf diesem wunderschönen Grundstück vorstellen und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

ein Traumhaus mit sensationellen Gastgebern
Dieses Haus ist wunderschön: Architektur, Design, Grosszügigkeit, Lage, Ausstattung sind so perfekt und so liebevoll, dass ich mir keine Steigerung vorstellen kann. Wir haben in einer Gruppe eine traumhafte Woche verbracht, daas Haus ist so großzügig, dass nie ein Gefühl von Enge aufkam.
Traumhafte Tage am Pool, die wunderbarsten Gastgeber, die man sich nur vorstellen kann, besser geht es nicht - wir hatten einen Traumurlaub in Vasia, diesem Kleinod in Ligurien. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!!

Traumhaus für entspannte Urlaubstage
Dieses Feriendomizil ist einfach ein Traum. Das Haus und der Garten laden wirklich zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen ein. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig in den Bergen von Ligurien mit herrlichem Blick auf’s Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist so hervorragend ausgestattet, dass das Kochen richtig Spaß macht. Salat und frische Kräuter gab es noch zusätzlich frei Haus vom Vermieter. Kleinigkeiten, die zum Kochen fehlen, bekommt man im Dorfladen, nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt.
Auch die Gartenanlage ist genau so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Der Pool direkt am Haus ist einfach klasse und sehr sauber, wie übrigens auch das ganze Haus und der Garten.
Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub, nicht zuletzt auch dank der sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Der nächste Urlaub im Antica Borgata Casa Leoni ist schon gebucht.

Traumhaus in Ligurien
Kurz und bündig: Es gibt an diesem Ferienhaus keinen Makel! Das Haus ist mit so viel liebe ausgestattet, dass es nur die allerbesten Noten verdient.
Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen; einfach alles vorhanden.
Der Wohnraum ist so gross, dass auch 10 Personen sich darin aufhalten können.
Die Schlafzimmer sind tip top eingerichtet und es wird alles zur Verfügung gestellt: Bettwäsche, Frottétücher usw.
Auch die Duschräume (WC) sind schön und sauber.
Im Aussenbereich mit Pool und Spielwiese gibt es auch nichts auszusetzen.
Und zu guter letzt: Die Vermieter sind so was von freundlich und lieb, wir waren sicher nicht das letzte mal bei ihnen!

Top-Adresse mit fantastischem Ambiente
Dieses Haus überzeugt in jeder Hinsicht. Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem geschmackvollen und gepflegten Haus verbracht. Das Haus samt Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man fühlt sich sofort zuhause, was sicherlich auch an der äußerst symphatischen und aufmerksamen Gastgeberfamilie liegt, die immer hilfsbereit und freundlich zur Seite steht. Ein idealer Platz zum Entspannen ist auch die schöne Terrasse mit dem Garten und dem Außenpool und Blick zum Meer. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Beschreibung des Objektes stimmt mit der Realität abolut überein. Wir haben den nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem Traumdomizil schon gebucht.
