Description
This is in newly renovated village house in the romantic mountain village of Vasia. The house was restored in typical Ligurian style lovingly and with great taste and offers the relaxation-seeking guests exceptional holiday comfort: from the kitchen leads a double wing door in a beautiful garden, shaded by a large orange tree on hot summer days. The house has two separate lockable bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds. In the spacious kitchen is a comfortable sofa bed which provides additional sleeping possibilities. The modern bathroom has a shower, where there is also a new washing machine. The house is particularly suitable for families with children with very little, since all rooms are at ground level and the garden is completely fenced. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. For loading and unloading, you can easily drive up to the door, there are also plenty of parking nearby.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is on a quiet street, not far from the parking lot. In a few steps from a children's playground, as well as the center of the village with a village shop. The beautiful, historic mountain village Vasia (about 450 inhabitants) situated at an altitude of 385m in the hinterland of Imperia in the middle of olive groves, to the south to the coast open. Vasia has a small grocery store and a post office, in about 7 km away Caramagna is a supermarket. The gentle mountain landscape perfect for hiking or mountain biking. The clean and well-kept beaches in Imperia and the surrounding area (see ADAC test) are only about 10 km and provide a bathing pleasure from May to October. Not far from here there are very beautiful and interesting places that you can easily reach via the motorway: If you eg eastwards along the coast drive, you can Diano Alassio (25 km), Portofino (140 km) and Cinque Terre (150 km) visit: if you drive west on the other hand, you come to San Remo (20 km), Monaco (55 km), Nice (75 km), Cannes (90km) and Saint Tropez (180 km).

Italy from the most beautiful side!
It is hard to imagine better hosts than Alessia and her family. Warm, charming and intelligent. Vasia is a Ligurian dream - a wide olive valley with a view of the sea. If you want to experience Italy at its best off the beaten track, this is the place for you. It is only 15 minutes to the sea. If you like hiking, you have the best opportunities here. The flat with terrace offers everything your heart desires. A fully equipped kitchen, cosy bedrooms in historic vaults. We enjoyed our hours on the terrace very much. Traumhaft
Sehr schöne, saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung in einem der ältesten Häuser von Vasia. Die Besitzer wohnen gleich nebenan und haben uns mit ligurischen Spezialitäten und ihrer Herzlichkeit verwöhnt. Es herrscht dort absolute Stille; also Entspannung pur. Trotzdem ist der Weg bis zum Strand oder nach Imperia nicht weit.

War insgesamt sehr schön, aber.....
Vorab: die vier Sterne gibt es nur, weil A., die Vermieterin, eine supernette und lockere Frau ist – ebenso nett ihr Mann und ihre Tochter. Und sicherlich nicht verantwortlich ist für die etwas ungenaue Beschreibung der Unterkunft.
So teilt man sich z.B. die „traumhafte Terrasse“ auf der einen Seite mit den Vermietern (o.k .– provisorisch abgetrennt) - von denen man ziemlich viel `mitkriegt´ und natürlich umgekehrt. Auf der anderen Seite können einem die Feriengäste des Nachbarhauses aus Schlafzimmern quasi auf den Tisch spucken. Weniger angenehm also für Leute, die sich auch zu späterer Stunde noch ungezwungen unterhalten und dabei z.B. Musik hören wollen. Wir haben die Nachbarn zum Glück kennen gelernt und schöne Abende zusammen verbracht …! Ja – und das „moderne Bad“ war soweit o.k., bis auf dass sowohl Duschkabine als auch –schlauch kurz vorm Kollaps standen und aus der defekten Waschbeckenarmatur kaum noch Wasser kam. Bei Regenwetter werden die Schlafzimmer etwas klamm, die Spülmaschine hatte Hänger – na ja, für uns alles halb so wild – haben keine großen Ansprüche. Was allerdings wirklich ärgerlich ist, war, im Nachhinein hören zu müssen, dass die doppelt so große, vom Standard ähnliche FeWo nebenan, mit mind. 3 x so großem Garten etc. nur etwa die Hälfte kostet. Da fragt man sich natürlich schon nach dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und wer hier für was kassiert!
Nichtsdestotrotz hat es uns in Vasia und im `Häuschen´ gut gefallen - v.a. die Menschen in der Umgebung sind wirklich (noch) unglaublich höflich. Ein dickes Plus, dass Hunde in der Fewo willkommen sind und man durch Fliegengitter überall schon ganz gut vor unzähligen lästigen Stechbiestern sicher ist. Man kann entspannen oder auch aktiv werden – sehr viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Gut – die Fahrerei runter ans Meer und retour ist gewöhnungsbedürftig – sollte man möglichst mit Aktionen
verbinden. Wir wünschen Euch Nur Das Beste, Alessia und: Never say Never !!!!

Schönes und gemütliches Häuschen in Vasia
Hübsches, gepflegtes Ferienhaus im ruhigen Dörfchen Vasia. Fernab der Touristen kann man dort wunderbar entspannen. Bis zum Meer ca. 15 Minuten Autofahrt.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt.
