Description
The unit was initially intended as a tavern to receive friends and consists of a large room with beautiful vaulted ceilings, it has a double bed, a couch and a wood stove, Geographically separated, there is a very nice and well-equipped kitchen (oven, hob , dishwasher, fridge freezer), dining table and chairs (highchair is available).
Entrance from the hall leads to a lovely alcove with small windows, where 2 children can sleep, they will be delighted.
A bathroom with shower, bidet and washbasin and a washing machine and dryer are also available.
In the apartment there is Wi-Fi.

Location and surroundings of object
The house Gimmi is located in Tuscany in a village surrounded by a beautiful natural.
Pisa is about a 40 minute drive away and Florence can be reached in about an hour, the sea is also about 35 minutes.
Near Morrona (under 5km) there are several good restaurants, pizzerias and shops. In a beautifully situated village on the hills of Tuscany apartment sits the Gimmi and have established for your holiday guests Mirna.
In the village there is a bar, a grocery store and a women's hairdressing.

Very hospitable landlords and beautiful location - absolute recommendation!
We have just returned from two weeks of vacation with Gimmi and Mirna and can look back on wonderful days. We arrived late on Saturday evening and were still received with kindness and helpfulness. The landlords even provided us with ingredients for a first lunch on Sunday! The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures - we were rather surprised at how spacious the rooms are. And the view is simply a dream!
The children were thrilled with the pool, which, as already mentioned in the previous review, was always kept clean by the landlord. Gimmi also likes to give tips on what to see in the nearby area. But if you prefer to vacation in peace and quiet, you can do so there as well. The landlords discreetly hold back but are open to conversations, questions, and exchanges.
All in all, we felt very comfortable in the apartment, with the landlords, and in the town of Morrona.

Wunderschön gelegen, sehr tolle Vermieter, extrem ruhig, traumhaft
Als wir nach 12 Std Fahrt und 720 Kilometern endlich ankamen wurden wir sofort für die lange Fahrt entschädigt. Der Ausblick hier ist einfach gigantisch. Für jeden der auf der Suche nach Ruhe ist, ist das genau das Richtige. Leute die Action wollen, werden hier nicht fündig. Wir wollten aber auch keine:-) Die Küche ist mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Toaster, Ofen, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Teller, Besteck - alles ist da. Die Toilette ist sauber und alles funktioniert tadellos. Auch die Waschmaschine. Der Pool ist toll und vollkommen ausreichend für eine Familie mit 1-2 Kindern. Miro achtet jeden morgen darauf, dass der Pool sauber ist. Die Vermieter haben einen Hund und Katzen. Diese sind jedoch vollkommen unaufdringlich und wir haben sie auch gerne mal für einen kurzen Besuch in die Wohnung gelassen, da sie absolut gepflegt und lieb sind. Nach Pisa sind es ca. 40 Minuten Fahrt und zum nächsten schönen Strand (freier Strand) 1,5 Std. zum nächsten Banjo (bezahlter Strand) kommt man in 30-40 Minuten Autofahrt. Volterra erreicht man nach ca 45 Minuten und man sollte sich das auch anschauen. Zum nächsten Restaurant ca 3 Minuten mit dem Auto (erreicht man auch fussläufig) und zum nächsten Einkaufsladen 10 Minuten. Von mir eine klare Empfehlung. Wir waren hier mit einem Kind und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Absolut authentische Vermieter und diese Ferienwohnung aus Stein ist derartig liebevoll eingerichtet mit absolutem Geschick zum Detail. Man fühlt sich auch Anhieb wohl.

ich freue mich sehr, dass Sie eine gute Zeit in Gimmis Ferienwohnung hatten und mit der Ausstattung zufrieden waren. Eine kleine Korrektur möchte ich anfügen, in Tirrenia und in Marina di Pisa gibt es auch frei Strandabschnitte und man fährt etwa 40 min dorthin.
