The house is newly built, stylish and originally decorated and offers 120 m2 spacious living room. It is divided into two independent units with a connecting door. In high season we only rent the whole house.
Apartment Rivalto 1 with living room and in the same open space is the kitchen and the dining table with chairs, sofa bed and a bathroom. The atmosphere is light and spacious and has an access to the terrace overlooking the olive grove. On the first floor is situated on an open galley, a double bedroom and a shower room
Apartment Rivalto 2 with living room with fireplace, kitchenette (with dishwasher) and dining table with chairs and a bathroom with washing machine. The atmosphere is filled with light and has an access to the private terrace. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a shower room

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located near the picturesque village Rivalto, in the spa town of Casciana Terme, surrounded by Tuscan countryside and offers comfort and peace.
In the nearby spa Casciana Terme (about 4 km) you will find all the facilities, cafes, restaurants and shopping. In the village itself there is a grocery store, butcher and a bar. All around there are numerous hiking trails and the scenery is beautiful.

Very nicely furnished holiday home
The house was very nice, the landlord very nice and friendly. Our dog had plenty of room, the property was generously fenced.
On the penultimate day of our holiday, we were robbed at night. In the morning, there were only empty wallets on the table. That can happen anywhere and we should have locked up from the inside. This spoiled what was otherwise a very nice holiday.

Anytime again!!!
Dreamfully located holiday home for a dreamy vacation! One week is definitely not enough. Completely fenced, absolutely quiet, top equipment, more than clean. Air-conditioned, pool, exceeded all expectations.

Dream house in beautiful Tuscany
Dreamlike vacation apartment. With five people and three dogs, we are currently enjoying a beautiful vacation. Two super nice, clean apartments with air conditioning, large terraces and a sufficiently large pool. Everything fenced, so our dogs can enjoy Tuscany to their heart's content. The location amidst the beautiful nature puts the icing on the cake on the dream house. Thank you very much!!
