Location and surroundings of object
It is about 3.5 kilometres to the Baltic Sea beach in Rerik. To Kühlungsborn about 10 minutes by car. Rostock or Wismar as well as the island of Poel can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. In Rerik you have the possibility to take a 2 - hour Salzhaff - round trip with the passenger ship. From Kühlungsborn you can take the historic steam train "Molli" to Bad Doberan to the minster over the white town by the sea - Heiligendamm. This particularly delights the younger holidaymakers. If you are interested in kiting or surfing, the Salzhaff is ideal for you, as the shore area is very shallow. The Salzhaff beach is therefore also a nice place to go for parents with small children. There are several horse farms in the neighbouring villages, which also makes children happy. If the weather is bad, you can visit a black-light miniature golf course nearby in Bastorf. Fun for young and old. In Bad Doberan, the summer toboggan run is worth a visit. Even in hot temperatures, you can cool down here with the "wind"

Blengow is a district of the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik, situated between Rostock and Wismar.
The location between the Baltic Sea with its long beaches and the romantic Salzhaff is particularly attractive.
In Rerik (2 km.) you can go swimming, rowing, sailing, pedal boating or fishing, rent a beach chair or a bicycle, use a boat connection from the Salzhaff to the island of Poel and go hiking or horseback riding in the nature reserve. For all questions about boats, the company Marine - Wilke is very helpful, nice and competent.
