In our holiday residence you will find three architect-designed houses, each with 8 generously proportioned holiday flats. The family-friendly and nature-oriented holiday flats for 2-6 people (with one or two bedrooms) offer a direct view of the Salzhaff from your own terrace or balcony
2-ROOM HOLIDAY APARTMENT FOR 2-4 PERSONS WITH 48 sqm LIVING AREA ON THE ROOF FLOOR WITH BALCONY
Very comfortable, family-friendly and cosy with a view of the Salzhaff
Fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, living/dining area, separate bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm), bathroom with shower and washing machine. An extra bed for two people is possible in the living room (double sofa bed)
Free WLAN, radio/CD, TV.
For each flat there is a carport parking space with lockable depot for your bicycles or surfboards.
On the spacious sunny property there are also two nice children's playgrounds, a football field and a barbecue area with seating group.
Each child receives a voucher for pony riding per holiday week.
We offer a free bread roll service (seasonal)
You can pre-order a linen package (bed linen and towels) from us.
The holiday residence has several flats, therefore the occupancy calendar only shows 'occupied' when all flats of this type have been rented out. if the display shows 'free', only one flat may still be available.

Nicht perfekt,aber sehr gut
Mal das negative zuerst. Leider weilte in der Woche auch eine ca. 15 Personen starke Gruppe hier ,die wohl der Meinung waren ,dass sie die gesamte Anlage gemietet hätten. Ab halb 8 morgens lautes Rufen,Telefonieren unterhalb des Schlafzimmers ,lärmende Partys...naja..kann der Vermieter nix für. Unverständlich ,was diese 3 dreckigen Teppiche in der Abstellkammer zu suchen haben. WLAN unter aller Kanone ,selbst Musik streamen nicht möglich. Stoptaste an der WC-Spülumg defekt.Die Wohnung grösstenteils sauber...die Gardinenstangen und den Schlafzimmerschrank oben mal öfter entstauben. Speziell bei den Gardinen Fingerdicker Staub.Auch unter den Lattenrosten und hinter der Waschmaschine (Schlauch) viel Staub. Ein Paradies für Stauballergiker. Ich gebe trotzdem 5 Sterne ,weil der Rest einfach toll ist. Weitläufige Anlage ,1 Spielplatz ,Bolzplatz ,Grill ,eigenen Parkplatz ,eigenes Fahrradabteil (Wir hatten 3 Räder gratis. Prima. ) ,sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung (Waschmaschine,Geschirrspüler,ausreichend Geschirr ,Töpfe ) Auf Anfrage bekamen wir von Frau Stubbe sogar noch einen Topf zusätzlich. Die Dame ist übrigens sehr engagiert und super freundlich. TV und Minianlage sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Alles macht einen gepflegten Eindruck und wenn nicht grad Gruppen da sind ,ein unglaublich schönes Flecken zum Chillen und Abschalten. Vom Balkon hat man die Kinder immer in Sichtweite ,ebenso das Salzhaff. Brötchenservice vorhanden. Mit dem Fahrrad nicht weit bis zum Strand. Tolle Lage. Kleinen Tip noch am Rande....in der Saison bloss nicht in den Edeka....Chaos pur...lieber nach Neubukow zum REWE und auf dem Weg dahin gibts sogar einen Eierautomat. (Danke an Frau Stubbe für den Tip) Weiter so und die Kleinigkeiten abschalten ,dann sieht uns die Ferienresidenz wieder.

Best relaxation in a great holiday flat
We spent 2 wonderful weeks here, the flat was very nice, we lacked nothing. The balcony has a beautiful view, the view goes all the way to the Salzhaff. The furnishings are cosy and of high quality, the kitchen had everything, including a dishwasher. Nice location in the middle of the greenery, great starting point for cycling and excursions in the area. Very nice guest service on site. We would definitely recommend it to others, we will definitely come back.
