• 30% if cancellation occurs up to 30 days prior to arrival;
• 100% if cancellation occurs between 30 to 0 days prior to arrival;
• No-show – 100%
If the cancellation is made earlier than 30 days before the arrival, "Istra Expert" will also keep an additional 10% as a processing fee.

Clean beautiful holiday home, perfect vacation
The mobile home was very clean, furnished as shown in the pictures. Of course, very small, tight corridors in the bedroom. Equipment fits so far, I always have a sharp knife with me :-) The veranda is perfect and very large. A small light would be nice here, or bring candles.
The location at the edge of the campsite was perfect for us, close to the sea. Various beautiful coves for swimming. The pools next door are nicer or ... larger ;-)
It is a bit far to walk to Porec, it's just under 2 km to the train. Nearby, there are also opportunities for eating and strolling by the sea.
You can easily walk to Fazana. The area is overall very beautiful, you can make lovely excursions, enjoy culture and nature, or simply relax by the sea.
The communication with the landlady worked very well. Any inquiries were immediately answered.
We had an all-around lovely and relaxing vacation.

Great holiday home and very beautiful vacation.
The mobile home is great and really more than enough for our family of four. The support and contact before arrival were already very well organized, and our questions were answered promptly. We found the mobile home in a very clean condition with complete equipment. The quiet location and the beautiful path to the beach also met our expectations. Overall, a great holiday for all of us. We would love to come back.
