Description
The accommodation is located in the beautiful Astra holiday complex. The resort is located near the historic town of Poreč and the picturesque former fishing village of Funtana, right by the sea and surrounded by a small cedar forest. Thanks to its location right by the sea, the holiday resort is particularly suitable for families with children who like to spend a lot of time on the beach. Entertainment for young and old is provided by the multilingual entertainment team in the neighbouring complex: children aged 4 to 12 can enjoy games, sports and fun in the mini club. Sports tournaments are organised for adults and morning gymnastics or aqua aerobics are offered 6 days a week. Live music and exciting shows are organised in the evenings. There are also two playgrounds for children in the neighbouring complex where they can let off steam. A large pool and a great water playground await you in the neighbouring complex. In addition to various restaurants catering for your culinary needs, the neighbouring complex also has a beach volleyball court (free of charge), tennis courts, a mini-golf course, a basketball court, a football pitch, a bicycle hire service, various water sports facilities and table tennis tables (for a fee).
The A4TP AGPLA flat is located on the ground floor or 1st floor and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (on request, it is also possible to add an extra person). The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The equipped kitchen has crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a coffee machine, a fridge and a dining table with chairs. Some flats have an oven. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC. The covered terrace on the ground floor or the balcony on the first floor with table, chairs and parasol invite you to relax in comfort. SAT-TV, bed linen and towels are included. Although there is no air conditioning, the beautiful location in the shade of a small wood and the refreshing sea breeze ensure pleasant temperatures. The journey time from the Croatian border is approx. 40 minutes. Half board can also be booked on site on request. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
Arrivals and departures are possible daily, the minimum length of stay is 7 nights. In April and May only 5 nights are possible. Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The first thing you will notice on the beach is the beautiful crystal-clear water. The holiday complex is located directly on the beautiful pebble beach, which can be easily reached on foot. There are various beaches around the resort for sun worshippers, from pebble beaches to paved beaches and grassy beaches. Sun loungers and parasols can be hired on the beach of the neighbouring hotel. For a fee, guests can enjoy a range of water sports such as wind surfing, water skiing, canoeing, sailing, diving and pedalos. In high season, a lifeguard ensures that you can enjoy a dip in the sea without any worries.
POOL
The large pool with water feature and the great water playground in the neighbouring complex offer the opportunity for a dip in the refreshing water. Sun loungers can be hired by the pool for relaxation. Sporty guests get their money's worth with the aqua aerobics organised by the friendly entertainment team.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
A multilingual entertainment team provides entertainment for young and old in the neighbouring complex in high summer. A mini club is available for children aged between 4 and 12, where the little ones can let off steam all day long with various games, workshops and sports. The neighbouring resort also has two playgrounds where your children can let off steam. For adults, the multilingual entertainment team organises sports tournaments such as beach football, beach volleyball, water polo and much more. If you want to start the day in a sporty way, you can take part in morning gymnastics or aqua aerobics 6 days a week. In the evening, there is a mini disco for younger guests and an evening entertainment programme with live music, dancing and exciting shows for everyone.
LEISURE AND SPORT
The neighbouring holiday resort has a beach volleyball court, which can be used free of charge. There is a wide range of activities on offer for sports enthusiasts: Tennis, squash, table tennis, mini golf, volleyball, football, basketball and horse riding (for a fee). You can also hire bicycles in the neighbouring complex. Various water sports are available on the beach for a fee. Windsurfing, water skiing, canoeing, a short trip on a pedal boat, sailing or diving are just the thing for water sports fans.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has its own small supermarket where you will find groceries and everyday items. There is also a newspaper kiosk in the resort, which also offers a selection of souvenirs.
FOOD
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a coffee machine and a fridge. If you prefer to be cooked for during your holiday, you can enjoy local and international cuisine as well as delicious fish specialities in one of the resort's restaurants. You can of course also make use of the half-board service at favourable conditions (can be booked on site, no advance booking necessary). The beautiful town of Poreč or the former fishing village of Funtana, where you will find many other restaurants to try out, are just a few minutes away.

Two pets are allowed. Other pets on request. There is a dog beach and dog showers for your four-legged friend in the neighbouring complex.

LOCATION
The Astra holiday complex is in a privileged location right next to the beautiful crystal-clear sea, surrounded by cedars and oaks. This is the perfect place to relax. But despite the peaceful location, boredom is certainly not an option. The lively coastal town of Poreč is just a few minutes away by car and offers many other entertainment options in addition to the idyllic old town. The picturesque former fishing village of Funtana is also worth a visit. Water lovers will not only get their money's worth thanks to the location right by the sea, but also the fantastic Aquacolors water park just 5 minutes away by car.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
The beautiful historic town of Poreč is located next to the sea. With its pine forests, promenades along the sea and restaurants on the coast, it is a true place of rest and relaxation. Poreč is full of artistic and historical attractions and is waiting to be discovered by you. The Istralandia water park, which offers fun for the whole family, is just a few minutes' drive away. Between the two harbour towns of Umag and Pula there are several recommendable towns that are certainly worth a visit. Fazana, Rovinj, Vrsar, Poreč or even Pula and Umag itself offer numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities and historical buildings that are certainly worth a visit. Various amusement parks such as Istralandia, Aquacolors or the Glavani climbing park offer great opportunities to have fun with the whole family. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands or the Jama-Grotta Beradine. Fish lovers are in the right place in this region! Here you can find all kinds of fish, which is prepared in many different ways. You will also find good wine in Croatia. So if you want to indulge yourself, this is the place for you. There is also plenty of entertainment in the evening. Croatians love parties, music and socialising, whether in a discotheque, on the beach promenade or in a small alleyway. So your evening entertainment is guaranteed. The hinterland of the coastal strip offers many forests, cycle paths and hiking trails, so those seeking peace and quiet or sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth. The famous weekly markets are usually held daily in Poreč, Rovinj and Pula.
